Now That I think about it, Huntingdon is probably the closest Division III football school to where I am.  Maybe I'll take the several hour trip to see one of their games...or maybe not.

They play in Colorado Springs in a month, so I might go check 'em out as well.  Their travel schedule looks pretty brutal.

Definitely is.  Got to give them credit for trying to develop a top notch program.  We'll see if they can carry any momentum into the 2nd half now.  (I hope not, I'll actually root for the bombers in this non-region game).

the quiet one

Norwich - 21
Mt. Ida - 19

Norwich had Mt. Ida pinned on their own 1 and gave up a 99 yard touchdown run.

nice to see the bombers switch to some running on that drive. great drive

Booby is off to see Fisher play now

God a new season already

Go Ithaca, go E8

Still bitter at the LL though

Looking out the window at the rain coming down sidways in Rochester, it looks as though Fishers massive offensive line (average 290) is going to have to dominate today as the weather is not going to help Such out at all!!

Congrats Bombers on upsetting the Hawks, obviously IC is going to win the Walnut and Bronze again if they can knock off those contenders.....

theoriginalupstate

39yd TD run by Robinson (who else) on their opening drive to make it 7-0...

90 plus yards for SJF on the ground on their first posession, ALL  by Robinson....

theoriginalupstate

Reile busts a 50yd run to put SJF 1st and goal on the 4....

Reile takes it in on the next play to go up 14-0....

Robinson and Reile have 160yds combined late in the first quarter....

dewcrew88

Per the d3football.com scoreboard ... Utica wins 20-10 over Becker College.

Hats off to the Bombers for a well played game. I hate that we didn't give you more of a game. Looks like we have a good bit of work to do to get to the level we want to be at. Good luck on the rest of your season.

Congratulations Bud,

Was up in Utica not long ago, certainly plan to be there for the Alfred game and can stay at my sister's house, very close to the Utica Zoo.
