Jonny Utah

updates?

All I got was 14-0 bombers with 9 minutes to go in the first quarter.  None of the links to the live broadcast are working.

And the link to live stats on the webpage didnt work either.....

the quiet one

Norwich 7
St. Lawrence 7
end of 1st.

Caz Bombers

21-0 Bombers as we start the 2nd quarter, Buff State about to punt the ball back to Ithaca.  2 fumbles directly leading to scores have killed the Bengals thus far.

Turnovers are making the Ithaca-Buff State game ugly in a hurry.  Ithaca driving again, up 21-0 a couple minutes into the 2nd quarter.  Buff St. hasn't shown that they can stop the running game yet, and the Bengals passing game looks terrible.

Jonny,

The live stats didn't work last week either, but if you have quicktime, open it and enter this into the url:

rtsp://stream.stretchinternet.com/ithaca.sdp

That should give you streaming video

Caz Bombers

Live stats working for me just fine, which is just as well since my dialup connection probably cant handle the streaming video.

28-0 Bombers on a Jamie Donovan 1 yard plunge.  Wheeeee.

I hope Keeley has a good season, worked with him a couple times over the summer and he's a great kid!  Hope for the best for him this season!

Other In-Region Scores,

Brockport leads at Salisbury 21-3 about 5 minutes into the 4th quarter

Brockport defeats Salisbury 21-3 in a game that took a crisp 2 hours and 25 minutes to play

The Brockport D does a very good job stopping the wing T offense of the Gulls...Sounding good!

any updates on the Alfred/Ithaca games? I assume Ithaca has that one in the bag, and Alfred last looked to be in pretty good shape.  Go E8

Alfred 14 Thiel 0 FINAL a battle of defenses where a Thiel fumble on their own ten plus an inability to put a run game together dooms the Tomcats.  Alfred was not an offensive powerhouse in the game - but didn't make many mistakes. Thiel did.

Ithaca crushes Buff State, 45-7. The Bombers rush for 282 yards on 35 attempts, once again proving that Fisher isn't the only team in the conference with a potent rushing attack. Alex Baez rushes for 148 yards on 13 carries, including a 98 yard sprint for a TD (I'm guessing that was probably a school record). Jamie Donovan continues to look good, rushing for 70 yards on 13 carries and scoring 2 TD's.

This week wasn't as good for Juvan, going 11-24, 126 yards, 2 TD's, 1 Int. Luckily, he didn't have to be that good today. Congrats to Alfred and B'port, representing Upstate NY very nicely this weekend.
A 2004 graduate of the "almighty legendary" Ithaca College. Goooooo Bombers.
