I noticed that Alfred has set up a fund to help with the medical expenses for their player who suffered the spinal cord injury in last weekends' game. It would be great if all D3 posters would contribute. As the parent of a player I know I would appreciate the help if my son were to ever suffer such a serious injury.

I do agree that the south is down, but Brockport's win over Wesley last year was completely an anomoly. Don't get me wrong, I am an alum, but there is no way that port was 47 or 1 point better than Wesley last year. I think it had a lot to do with the weather if I'm not mistaken.

I continue to post here and not on the ACFC too often because that board is essentially dead most of the time lol.

The Cortland vs. Brockport game could give us a good picture of both teams for the Bombers.

Here's hoping the game tomorrow is over in the first quarter. Similar to that of the WVU & Maryland game last night.

Don't mean to disrespect b-port... Cortland is that good. I heard the line at Harrah's is at 17 and going up.

The port is always tough... The last trip the Bombers took to Special Olympic ended poorly (just ask rowdy). The Bombers-Port game in a few weeks should be a good one. I just hope there's no 40 mph winds this time.

This is all unofficial. The coaching staff went to see him Thursday morning. He wasn't able to talk much with tubes in and all. He has regained use of his arms. Otherwise, I guess it was pretty discouraging. We are continuing to pray. We love our Julio.
