Works on contingency? No, money down!

If I have paid attention in my Legal Ethics class, which I do about 45% of the time, I don't think a lawyer could work on a contingency basis for a political campaign (i.e. he only gets paid if the candidate wins). That would tend to promote unscrupulous behavior. Just keeping it real.

I imagine Lionel Hutz would have read that ethics opinion if he wasn't so tied up trying to apply to holding in Finders v. Keepers to determine who owned the Angel fossil. 

But I suppose the ethics rules are generally inapplicable to Mr. Hutz as he is not a member of any bar.  (That also keeps his fees reasonable I would imagine).

A Fisher vs. Ithaca rematch would be fun especially if the Fisher QB really starts to get the passing game going.  Also wouldn't agree with calling it a sneak win, especially after the way Fisher's defense really showed up after the first few Ithaca drives.
