Kramer is not a bad pick to make with 30 points in the first quarter against Hartwick. Sure, it's Hartwick, but Fisher is doing what you're supposed to do, beat good teams and beat up on bad ones.

Say what you want about Boothroyd, thats a tough draw, but I might also file an argument for Terrace 12 especially when you live directly above where the pep band practiced on a regular basis... the walk to park from there was just as long as it takes me to drive to work on a LA Freeway.  Walking into park sweating like it was the last 4 mins of a bills game made a real good impression on the female population.... I think melissa barron liked it, but what didn't she like?? BOMBSAWAY!

Seems no one really like the bombers but us so stick together.

I observed two shortcomings to IC on that day, and I suspect that they were also evident vs SJF a week ago.  IC ran out of gas and they lack overall team speed, particularly on defense.  If IC is going to get back to the promised land, they need to be able to play 4 quarters against good football teams and they need to get much faster.    

I agree that IC needs to play a full four quarters better than they have in the last year or so. Not sure I'd blame it on "running out of gas," though. Keep in mind, the Bombers had two furious 4th quarter comebacks against Fisher and Cortland, respectively. Basically, I just think the personnel is lacking a little bit on the defensive side of the ball. I'm not going to get into all of the defensive deficiencies that I thought last year's team had (if you want to read about that, check out  my novel a couple days after the Cortaca game), but it came down to a lack of playmakers (sorry, Mr.N, no offense) in the secondary and an inability to rush the passer. That is a bad combination. For further evidence of that, look at my NY Giants this year...they can't rush the passer, nor can they cover anyone.

I agree on some of the points....D-line has to get a "push" on every play......causes  the QB to rush decisions...blah, blah,blah...INT's!

SJF didn't see the same speed I hope we have an opty. to show later this year....
Stephens and Blow-em-up Blumenauer make a significant difference in the entire defensive scheme...

Chier is only getting better with more playing time, Lieber gets some time to "get back on track."  I think what makes me the optimist here.....(other than the CB wearing #31)...is the fact that they travel up to Norwich, bye week, Utica...three weeks to get healthy, get the 3-4 system down pat......

I think they do have speed on defense...It's just not wrecking ball speed ( except for Terlecky-that guy is going to dismantle somebody).....maybe there is still a slight bit of tentative play.....I think they work that out over the next three weeks.....

Tecmo is not interested in the E8 Senate campaign because he and I have already served in the U.S. Senate.

And the SJF QB photo gave me chills!  Who would want that as their photo?? Its photos of guys like that that make all universities have blue lights!

The photographer must have taken at least two, and probably more, shots of this kid that day.  You have to wonder what the others looked like that forced the Fisher webmaster to post this one in his profile.  Maybe a good subject for a poll on Fisher's website.

Q has all the athletic ability in the world and not enough can be said for surviving said Boothroyd.  His room was about as big as he is.  Monet was in there too.  Rob Kramer, E8 player of the week, sadly, picked up for his creepy looking picture.  he is a bit crazy looking, maybe he should be a fullback with that crazy look in his eye.  Lumpy knows you need ot be nuts to play that

Mr. N. you raise a good point we have all looked past (at least I have looked past and no one else has raised in discussion).  The defense is still learning this 3-4 system.  The lack of team speed may be a reflection of uncertainty in assignments.  As the players get more comfortable with their roles on defense, the team speed should increase.  Right?

Bombsaway,  I lived in T-11 my freshman year, amongst other paces and I second that long walk but boothroyd was like a phone booth.  And the girls never minded in park because well, it was park, and sophmore year, I lived across the hall from melissa barron, kind of wierd.
