Headed a little further east. I'm now in Denver, but I can give you a couple of ideas for places to visit in Phoenix if you're going to visit. Unfortunately, one of my favorite sports bars closed to make way for more condos, but there's still plenty to do and a ton of good, cheap golf if that interests you.

I love the golf, and I heard Arizona has some of the nicest courses in the country... it always seems like I just end up going to vegas for vacation, can't beat that. We should have a FDC vegas trip, get Tecmo on that, hopefully he plans things better than he guessess "bad celebrity impressions"... only guy to go 0 for 3, hence needing him for DVD commentary

Denver is pretty nice, drove through it when I moved out here don't really remember much because we were on driving hour 30 something and had not stopped yet i was driving with one eye open... kind of like the how you play your last beer pong game of the night..

I'll make a deal, if the bombers get to Salem this year, I'll be there.

Anything you want me to yell at Trachsel tomorrow, other than "throw the ball already"?

Bombsaway, when I was visiting LA, I went to this great bar in Santa Monica. It has actual seats from fenway. Has all boston theme and is spectacular. Ill try to find the name.

If Trachsel can give 6 innings and only give up 4 runs, that's all I ask of him. He pitched really well when I saw him earlier this year, but his 6.09 era is a little much. That's the game to bet the over on.

Nothing wrong with vacationing in Vegas. I've done that a fair number of times as well.

Any particular reason for looking at Phoenix, or just the golf/nice weather?

Sr year we were all in my good friends room and he was playing RBI Baseball 2 for original nintendo, which is still the best system. Another friend of mine was leafing through the "History of the red sox" book which belonged to the friend playing nintendo, and the kid reading it was a yankee fan and said "Hey Jon, I don't see anything in here about Arron Boone?" Just because I laughed at that joke I got banned from the nintendo and RBI 2 for a month! he hid the whole nintendo and all the games.... morale of the story, I've learned my lesson when it comes to making sox jokes...after all I'm a bills fan, I know pain, the kind of pain that only comes with walking in on your parents "doing it"...which regretably.. nevermind

I am in fact a patriots fan but I know pain being a Red Sox fan, Celtics fan, and bruins fan. Oh yeah,ND too. and the parents thing, never happened to me. it must be nurnt into your retnas for all of time. Speaking of parents, Bombertndad is in town and is watching some football with me at this moment. probably will be regulated to night shift instead of all day but Ill talk to you guys then, keep me up on the hartwick game.
