I've actually had to deal with this sort of situation when broadcasting for the Port.  Of course never did I hear of attitudes changing how people voted in the polls...

I've have yet to see a SJF poster go out and attack a Ithaca football player on a personal level. The way I see it Ithaca gets beat  so the only recourse is to pick a player and post how  bad he played

Okay, this week's games:

Fisher will kill Norwich
Rowan will kill Buff St.
Cortland will kill West Conn.
IC will schedule a scrimmage with Cornell at the last minute just so they can kill someone.
Wesley will kill Newport News.
Union will play Franklin and Marshall.

So that leaves Springfield-Brockport @ Springfield. Hard to believe the Pride won't come away with this one... don't know much about their defense, how do they do at home against a pretty good RB and a terrible QB? Portgrad, your thoughts? FLA10, are you still alive?

B27- Buckner was not to blame, but a) All-star selections and gold gloves are just this side of meaningless, and b) he now sells signed copies of that photo with Mookie Wilson. I know he's putting his kid through college, but he shouldn't get too much love for that from RSN.

All I said was that your son is bad at football. first, this is obviously NOT TRUE, and second, it doesn't affect his ability to be a "teacher at the elementary level", although apparantly his hands will be full stepping in the middle of every playground confrontation he sees.

I wouldn't quite call the QB terrible now, as he did lead them back in the Fisher game, so he did show SOMETHING.  As for Springfield, Brockport has shown an ability in the past (and against Salisbury) to completely shut down the option attack.  However, from what I've heard about them, Springfield is a lot better than that.  I try not to make predictions but I say if Luke Plays like he did at the end of the fisher game, and the defense actually moves, we have a chance.

The Norwood Super Bowl is the first football game I remember watching. The last football game I remember watching is Bears-Bills. And I'm still somewhat of a football fan.


Port- that's what I want to hear. Go Eagles. Go Cadets. (Note: "Go Cadets" was not meant in anyway to take away from the personal character of anyone on the St. John Fisher football team, except for Rob Kramer, who is creepy-looking.)

Good thing the bills game wasn't shown here, or else I'd feel the same way.  Geez good thing Kramer's father isn't on here or else....well who knows.
