Wow, a huge bulb went off in my head when the "Welcome, Fresh Meat" sign topic came up. I definitely saw that one, too. My mom was helping me move in and after about ten minutes, she turns to me and says, "Well, it seems like some people are rather excited about the new crop of freshmen girls." I wish I was kidding.

I, however, did not realize that you guys got in some trouble for it.

We didn't really get into trouble.  There were the letters to the editors of the Ithacan and the Journal and we got a nice talking to from the AD about the image of Ithaca Athletics.  We probably deserved a little more punishment than we got.  Somewhere in that house, we hid a photograph that was taken that day.  I wonder if any subsequent residents have found it.

hey layoff the negative karma, we know eachother I can make that joke

fisheralumn is up to it again, I know it! Speaking of which, fisheralumn do you remember a guy that played for fisher in the mid to later 90's by the name of Nate Zelesnikar?  He was on the D-line.

Tecmo and yellow, if I had my way and if Ithaca had a video scoreboard, I would play that cortland guy bag on the head segment over and over to pump up the crowd..

When I think friendly service, I think Manos:

"Despite round-the-clock hours, Manos Diner and its employees are noted for friendliness.

As can be expected, all walks of life stroll into Manos during her eight-hour shift. "We get mostly college students coming after last call," Orourke said. But the diner also attracts truckers, delivery people and even a few regular exotic dancers."

Just talking about that place has made my clothes smell like cigarettes.  It was certainly a colorful crowd.

You obviously haven't been there in a while Jose.  No more smoking

"i can't wait to line up on saterday and see if your boys are as tough as you guys build them up to be."

Listen bombs,
Lemming following and all, all i said was that Fisher football was a mere gleam of itself back then.

Are you that narrow minded?
not trying to be callous, but it seems rather petty.

gobombers15

Bombs, don't worry too much about karma. I say nothing even close to controversial and I lose it. I think when people realize they have been smited they, in turn, smite anyone who could have possibly smited them. You can't worry about it too much.

My mom sends her thanks. BTW, I'm researching a Vegas trip for mid-March. Be prepared. I hope it includes one with a rather large, square-headed individual doubling down with the dealer showing a 10. That needs to happen.

Not to cause any gruff with you, but if you hate crappy English so much (and feel the need to rub the English mistakes in others faces), why don't you use correct punctuation or capitalize at the beginning of sentences yourself?

Also, you guys are crazy during the day, but very entertaining.
