Punchin in boys.  Nice work night crew.  I think I can confidently say that is the first ever film session in the history of E8PP. Utah, Upstate, others, kudos for breaking down the film.  My favorite part was someone's quote that the DE got "washed in."  I have no clue what that means but I am saying it outloud in my office right now and I sound boss.

Welcome back PepBand.  I was beginning to think you were avoiding us this week.  As for your comment on AU beating IC as a 'dog, I got to believe that a great majority of the time AU has been the 'dog in this game.  Not saying IC has always been the favorite, just most of the time.

gobombers

I would doubt it.  From what I know of the selection process, they try to keep travel down to a minimum, AND try to make sure that teams don't play conference opponents in the opening round.

Obviously there is a lot of football to be played, but should IC/SJF/Springfield/Hobart/Wilkes all win out, I would guess that Springfield would host Curry, and then IC/SJF would play Hobart/Cortland/Wilkes.  I'd put money down on SJF playing Cortland in the first round, while the Bombers would play at either Wilkes or Hobart.

I'll say it again though, it is my opinion that a 1 loss PA team from the South Region will move into the East.  Likely playing Wilkes in the first round.

I'm thinking these will be our teams:

Hobart
Wilkes
Cortland
Springfield
SJF
IC
Curry
W&J

Obviously Union and Rowan winning will throw this out the window, so we'll have to see.  We're talking about 1-loss teams getting in, but in 2 weeks, we could be asking what 2 loss teams are getting in!

P.S. Boys, don't be stingy with the karma today.  I may have just made a bad situation worse in the NJAC room.

Wow fellas, nice overnight.  I needed a fresh cup of coffee in the middle there.  I am not about to go back to quote but the one I wanted to say was ICMAN - max hit the nail on the head, most of us spent a ton of time at IC sporting events in school and do our best to keep up now.  I would agree - keep up with the board, read the whole site (sight) here and use media guides and the Bomber update.

OK - I am off to the NJAC board to see what you guys did now.

Been a crazy week. Sometimes it's tough holding down two FT jobs and being Mr. Mom for Halloween.....Monday night son informs me he's not content with costume for school parade the next day and no clue what to be. Too late for a Wal-Mart run 'cause their Chinese made junk is all picked over and he saw nothing there he liked a month ago. The kid is as crazy about Cedar Point as AUPepBand is crazy about AU football. He ended up being a kid riding Millennium Force, carrying a blue box (his car on the coaster) and gelling his hair straight up. Worked great. Not another one like it. AUPepBand donned his hot dog hat and Hot Dog Day t-shirt and was addressed by children as "Mr. Hotdog Man". Mrs. AUPepBand thinks the hat is too phallic.

That may be one of the greatest lines ever typed on this board...ever.  +k.

Keep your hot dog hat away from Max and I PepBand, RowanLB92 thinks we are sweet on manlove.

Jose - good stuff over there....I love the "I have no other argument, so you're gay"
Comes up at least once or twice a season on the MIAC board because St Johns is an all-male schools (sort of)

Anyway - I'm still thinking about getting into the fray over there, one not from the Rowan guy about the JV squad....he picked the best PREP school in NJ, that recruits all over the state and has the youngest Simms kid as the Varstiy QB.

So which Bomber posters are coming to Merrill Field? Will there be a FirstDownClub representation....and the Ooga Booga Man?

JT is the clown that runs www.rowanfootballismyviagra.com.  He will remain a clown in my book until he posts something, anything, about the Montclair game on his website.  Actually, that is a lie, if he does so, he will still be a clown.

he links to the D3football poll....that says they lost.  Does that count?

realistic, welcome to the good fight over on NJAC. I will warn you, my karma dropped four points between when I fell asleep and when I woke up. But it was worth it!

PS- I love how we all come back here to talk about it.

Starting an argument in the NJAC room is as easy as walking into your local gym and telling the resident 'roid head that his biceps aren't symetrical.

RowanFootballIsLifetheRestisJustDetails.com just release their first national poll.

Here it is:

1. Rowan
2. Rowan's JV
3. Rowan's Cheerleaders
4. Mount Union
5. Don Bosco Prep JV
6-25. Everyone Else (except Curry).

According to the site, Rowan gets to be #1 because they are undefeated.  I dare you to find evidence that they lost....dare you.

'Gro, you and the RPI boys are still the best at inciting hysterical arguments on the boards but, I think Max and I have accomplished at least one first this week.  Have you ever had a Rowan guy (who has almost assuredly spent some time in the prison shower clinging to his soap-on-a-rope) call you gay?

Yeah - I decided I really don't care.

Thats such a weak argument, and as I said over there....he was playing on the fact that most people wouldn't know Bosco.  I live in NYC and sometimes watch the HS football shows on MSG...he tried to play it off as a high school JV team and in reality it is the football equivelent (sp) of Oak Hill or one of those basketball powers.  They just get under my skin.

In '01 when Ithaca went to Monclair and won while triple their fan turnout.... they jumped off all the trash talk and went to the "we have better things to do with our time" argument.  As I say, it's just weak.
