I really believe a NYS team will represent the East Region in the national semi-finals.  That would be a great thing for small college football in NYS.  RPI was the last team from NYS to make it to the semi's.  Hopefully someone will do it.

  The Saxons will be more than happy to oblige.  Perhaps you can throw your rooting weight behind AU for the next several weeks and help grease the wheels of the Saxon bandwagon.  I would think Alfred winning the East would benefit all NYS schools the most as recruits who got lost looking or tired searching for Alfred would stop by other schools in the region, maybe even some of the struggling programs like Ithaca, Fisher, Cortland or Hobart.

Everyone hop on the AUPepBandwagon....everyone wins 'cause Alfred's way out there!

welcome to the board....the  classified actually read:

missing (notice I DID NOT use the word WANTED), one poster from each E8 school who would hang out, talk football n trash, trash n football, etc for the season duration. Ability to spell, not nessessary....Must be available for Saterdays...some what thick skin required...and the ability to make sense at least every fifth post.

headin up to Alfred tommorrow to watch the Bombers!!! really excited about this game and Id really like to see the Bombers O firing on full cylinders...i dont think we have really see them reach their full potential...i know AU's defense is pretty good but I would like to see IC put up 200 yards rushing and really put together 60 minutes of solid football...
