Again- the only report im getting is here, but IF Kramer is healthy i agree with max--Kramer gets the nod....

JQV

I have to agree as well.

I am sure Suchnya is a good kid and a good teammate but he is a below-average QB at best.  (Before windbag comes out of retirement I will stipulate that he also wants to be an elementary teacher, rehabilitate injured puppies, and help old ladies across the street.)  Seriously though, they got a lot better the second Kramer took over this fall.  I have to wonder if the IC-SJF would have come out differently if Suchnya started it.

I've got my submission in for this week, but I can see both the Saxons and the Kaz00 getting snubbed by D3 after this Saterday as all too real a possibility.

Even if you get snubbed you get to taunt us for 11 months and 3 weeks.  That has to be worth something.  Ask the Cortland guys, they will show you how to enjoy a program that cannot make the playoffs and builds all their happiness on beating IC.

last year we made the playoffs and beat IC........

Taking hits on my team, danr 49ers, they won this week though 9-3, defensive struggle. Or just the most pathetic game I have watched this year.  Most likely the later.

I have to agree though, Boomer hasn't been as good at predicting like the past, maybe his age through his psychic ability ascew.  I like to stay away from predictions, bc i am never close and I dont want any jinxes.  I am just saying that is all fisher's D is healthy, it will be no cake walk.   FOR EITHER TEAM!!!!

Just thought I would set some Over/Unders for Cortaca

Times "State School" is chanted   1,700

People not wearing shirts 7
Drunk students taken away in handcuffs 6
Bomber  Tuchdowns   5
Drunk students being chased by police dogs 4
Hot Dogs Tecmo eats   3
Port a Potties tipped over 2
Bomber Plane Fly overs 1

Go Bombers

Cortland is a bad apple

Here's my bets:

Times "State School" is chanted:  I'll take the over because I think Cortland fans will get confused a few times and do it themselves.

People not wearing shirts 7:  I'll take the over on this too.  The game is IN Cortland after all and right down the street from the K-Mart.

Drunk students taken away in handcuffs 6: I'll take the under here because Cortland Police won't have anywhere to take them after Cortland County jail filled up with C-State students earlier this month (per realistic's article).

Bomber  Touchdowns   5: Over...obviously.  Did you see what we did last time we went to New Chugger?  I heard they just finished repairing the scoreboard like last week.

Drunk students being chased by police dogs 4: Over.  But this is unrelated to the game as it is an every day experience at C-State.

Hot Dogs Tecmo eats   3: Under.  Too busy yelling "We got aaaaaaaaaaa..."

Port a Potties tipped over 2: Over

Bomber Plane Fly overs 1: Under

busy earlier and almost forgot to go back....

Times "State School" is chanted   1,700 hopefully under - the FDC should bring out a little more creativity in the crowd
People not wearing shirts 7  Over - hopefully the weather holds up....good body paint always adds to the atmosphere
Drunk students taken away in handcuffs 6 Over - I'd say at least double digits...you forget that even open container tix usually get cuffed and brought to a car just to keep the yelling down and friends out of it
Bomber  Tuchdowns   5 Over
Drunk students being chased by police dogs 4 I'll take over again...but can we look into encouraging more of this.  I think both sides will agree that over the years seeing the idiots on the field getting chased by dogs is highly entertaining
Hot Dogs Tecmo eats   3 push
Port a Potties tipped over 2 god - I hope under
Bomber Plane Fly overs 1  under

Well, it seems that the reverse jinx was successful last Saterday.  However, I can't go to the well again and because of the quick thinking of a couple IC fans I had to break out a song parody as well.  That's two bullets from my chamber in one week.  I would appeal to God, but even though AU began as a Seventh Day Baptist seminary I am leery to go that route when facing a school named after a Catholic Cardinal.  I'll save that one for the selection committee.

So, with that in mind, my rooting action needs to be the opposite of faith this week.  Brush off your Nietzsche and Kierkegaard and prepare yourselves for some King Alfred existentialism!

Since human beings are subjects in an indifferent, objective, often ambiguous, and absurd universe in which meaning is not provided by the natural order, but rather can be created, however provisionally and unstably, by human beings' actions and interpretations, the natural order of the national and regional rankings hold no sway over the outcome of this Saterday's game.  Instead, the steady support of the AU Pep Band will temporarily create a universe where the Alfred Saxons can beat Fisher, become E8 co-champions and earn an NCAA pool C bid.

The greatest truth is the one that we choose to act upon and like Nick Gatto grabbing a fumble before is lands out of bounds, the Saxons will actively assert their reality onto the Cardinals this Saterday.  I do not expect all the readers to accept my analysis since it is impossible for human minds to see the "big picture" or if it is possible we have not the means to do so currently.  However, the bigger picture of Saterday's showdown encompasses more than the rankings or results against common opponents and since existence precedes essence, the Saxon players find themselves alone in the world defining their existence by winning on Saterday!!!

AUKaz00:
Weren't you a business major? Did you minor in philosophy? And to think AUPepBand could have studied at AU tuition-free, thanks to AU employment of Mother of AUPepBand. Like his siblings, the Band went to a state school (albeit not Cortland)! Nevertheless, AUPepBand was named an AU Honorary Alumnus in 2005, certainly a cheap imitation of the degree earned by AUKaz00. Amazing, Kaz00 +k

I was just checking around the region and it has the top 4 schools in the east looking like this
1) Wesley
2) Cortland
3) Fisher
4) Springfeild

Where the hell is Wesley, they are under the south division in everything else but take the lead in the East Regional?  HOw does this happen and where are they really?
