redtackle makes me laugh.

Nothing to talk about? Sheesh... well let's talk about how Vosburgh lets his players taunt opposing fans during a game. That was one of the most surprising things I saw at the IC-SJF game... during the comeback, many Fisher players ran up and down in front of the bleachers yelling at us. If I were a coach I would have been on their ass like nothing they'd ever seen before.

Granted, the FDC is loud, but you gotta be stoic when you're on the field.

I didn't see anything wrong with what they were doing. They were getting the crowd into it. Speaking of which, I'm the one that came over & reminded you about our "all-american" scoring 2x in a row on you right after the FDC taunted him for not doing anything in the first half. I believe it was...

"And Ithaca doesn't have any all-americans"

Getting the crowd into it is different than yelling back at detractors... I'm not a fan of that... if I saw IC players do that I'd be embarrassed.

I'm sure superman will be quick to point out that it is all sour grapes for IC.... fair enough.

Oh MAN I am still pissed about that game though....

It was the third-worst defeat of a team of mine I have been present for.

I think the Fisher players did that for two reasons

1.  It's Ithaca
2.  The FDC was actually louder than the home crowd and maybe they felt like they had to do something about it?

That's a true statment - I was embarassed to be sitting there with everyone. They were so proper... Very disappointing.

After your chant of "this is our house" ... I was ready to rock & roll, unfortunately everyone else was knitting I think.

Ha well I was by the goal posts with some people and we were just watching in awe at the grand stand of how quiet it was.  When the FDC started doing their cheers and just making it seem like an Ithaca home game I actually laughed because I have never witnessed that before.

Kudos to the FDC for that - But I couldn't believe nobody besides myself was even defending the home turf... They need some serious student section revival meetings.
