The mayor needs a direct line to Billy Fuccillo - like the US had with Russia during the cold war.

And he needs to use that line to tell Fuccillo that he's driving the entire city nuts.

The entire REGION nuts... I remember when I was still living up there I hated that guy... That commercial is as bad as that darn "This is our Country" Ad....but I digress.

See, you see what I'm saying. I can't escape this guy... When I was at Oswego it was in my ear b/c he is originally out of Syracuse. So I move to Rochester and what does he do but start a dealership on Greece. It's BS dude.

I also agree the same applies to the "this is our country" commercial.

I didn't realize he was in Rochester until I noticed the commercials when I was last at my parents a few weeks back. He's all over the tube here in the Albany/Capital District area. It's a conspiracy...sort of like in Halloween when they were hypnotizing the people w/ the one commercial

Silver Shamrock, Silver Shamrock...

By the way that movie is really weird and I never want to think of it again...and it's now stuck in my head!

Speaking of commercials, how awesome is the bud light "rubber floor" commercial

pg04

I must be completely oblivious or something...I don't think I've seen it, or at least don't know what you are referring to from just that description.

The guy bounces bud lights to his buddies in his apartment b/c he just put rubber floors in so there was no way to ever break a bottle

so I heard today that fisher has a home and home scheduled with Mount Union starting in 08

are you serious? If so, that's a good move.....and ballsy on SJF's part. I always wished RPI or any of the other good teams in upstate NY would do that. I mean, you have to be able to compete at that level so this is a good litmus test

good litmus test? How about a Varsity / JV scrimmage... I do agree with the move though, someone has to step up and start playing at a different level. May as well be Fisher to try first.

Congratulations to Fisher on a big win today over Union. Must admit the Cardinals are the only team that dominated my Saxons this season. But of course, they had a score to settle after last year's disappointment at Growney....now best of luck to Fisher at Springfield. No doubt the defensive coordinator has a tape of the Springfield-IC game...no reason Fisher can't go the distance this year. Definitely strongest team AU played this year on both sides of the ball. Carry the E8 banner all the way to Salem.

As for RPI....perhaps the Engineers are due to meet the Saxons in the NCAAs next year. Heck, both teams have "mastered" the ECACs as RPI is 7-0 and AU is 5-0 with three in a row. Saxons didn't show a lot of life for three quarters but AUPepBand was confident they'd pull it out and, with the crowd coming to life as well, they did it. Congratulations to AU QB Paul Keeley for getting his touch back in time to pull out the win and "Player of the Game" and to Coach Dave Murray on still another outstanding season. Always a pleasure to support our Saxons, win or lose. Today was a blast.

+K to late nite posters just because...

I'll be on the lookout for it tomorrow while watching NFL, I'm sure it will be on there.

In the end the girlfriend comes home and the dog goes to see her and bounces out the door b/c of the rubber floor.

I'm interested in Pat's commentary on today's events. Everyone thought the Fisher game would be the closest of them all in a shootout... Oops 8)

I picked an 11-point game. Hardly close.

My commentary right now from reading your last few hours' posts would not be positive. You don't want to hear it.  :-\
