doesn't he mean that the school purchased 350 tickets for the students?  without looking, I bet the NCAA doesn't let you just let your students in for free.  They get the money, not the school...right?

superman57

right the student organizations bought 350 free student tickets and gave them all out... Growney is listed as full capacity at 2100 bought can easily get 5-6k in there you will probably be standing....think about it 350 when the total enrollment is 2075....and on-campus is about 1200 so we are looking at a lot of students there

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Good points all around. I didn't realize Fisher had so few students. Should be a ruckus. Wish I could be there.

Don't you live like, around the corner, why can't you go?

I'm working (at a liquor store) all day. I figure the over/under on Rowan guys coming in before the game is about 16.5.

Bring the liquor store with you.  I bet the owner would make way more money at the Rowan tailgate than he would at wherever the store is.

wow is all I have to say got an email saying that they had set aside 350 free student tickets for fisher students...and they are all gone....this could get loud VERY loud

350 ain't a whole lot... we get about 1,000 at Butterfield every week and the place looks empty. What's Growney's capacity? You'd think they'd be more liberal with tickets trying to drum up some student support.

You'd think they'd let anyone who wants in, make it standing room only.  Can't hurt the Athletic Dept cut or the team on the field.

I think the school would have to had purchased them.  No one gets in free to NCAA Playoffs, if I remember correctly.  It was even hard getting press passes last minute sometimes.  Ithaca Sports Info always had a few dilligent workers to pull some string though......

fisheralum91

fisher web says that enrollment is 2500ft 1000pt
thats about double the student body that i had in 87-91

yeah, he worked pretty hard....I don't know about that last part though.  I think the ICTV Sports Director got a lot more, especially with all the Ch. 16 face time...

hahahahhahaha

OK, that one got me some funny looks from co-workers for laughing out loud.

(All Fisher fans collectively scratch their head).

We'd explain but, there is just too much.

P.S. Where'd my karma go?  You make one joke about illegitimate children and you drop 7 points in two hours?

maxpower

I think the secret smiter must be Will Weiss.
