I'd put your answer 4) Unemployed musician baby kangaroo still sucking at the teet of mama kangaroo while living in the pouch...

Thanks Aprof- Do you think we would be better off at a place like Polinoris with a fairly large number of people

Everyone has their favorites, but I would much rather go to Poli's than to Texas Roadhouse.  How many in your party?  Poli's has two private rooms, but they are most likely reserved for holiday parties.  They can put tables together to accommodate larger groups, but you should call ahead, maybe tonight or tomorrow.

Again, it is not fancy.  The bar is pretty neat though, so be sure you check out the walls.  Lot's of memorabilia from Norte Dame and South Carolina and Lew Holtz, who sometimes visits, and stuff from MUC of course.

No I do not own the place or work there, but my wife and I eat there often enough that they have our drinks ready when we walk in the door. ;D

Not sure of our numbers yet, but thanks for the input

ok so here i my fix for the bcs a 12 team playoff

the conference winners get a AQ the 4 highest ranked teams get first round byes...

then you have pool b's 2 bids for teams not in the 6 AQ's and these go to the 3 highest BCS ranked teams...so this would be Notre Dame, Boise State, Navy among others

and then you have 4 pool c's that go to the 4 highest ranked teams that aren't already in the playoffs

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Now you've got college kids playing a 16 game season.

Face it, the bowls just aren't going away.  There is too much tradition and they make too much money.

How many bowls are there, like 30 something right?

The first round could be the emerald bowl, motor city bowls and other gay bowls like that.

each round the bowls get bigger while leading up to the bigger bowls like fiesta, orange and rose bowls.

D O.C.

Congratulations on your Final Four position.
You worked hard to get there.
Injury free from here on out!
Good luck. You'll need it.

ok so with that a playoff this year would be

First round bye 1. Ohio State 2. Florida 3. USC 4. Louisville

first round games
5 v 12 Michigan v Arkansas
6 v 11 LSU V Notre Dame
7 V 10 Wisconsin v Oklahoma
8 V 9 Boise State v Auburn

so with that Michigan beats Arkansas
I say Notre Dame beats LSU
Oklahoma beats Wisconsin
and Boise State squeaks one out on the blue turf

we then have Michigan at Louisville
Notre Dame at USC
Oklahoma at Florida
and Boise State and Ohio State

with that Michigan rolls louisville
USC rolls ND again
Florida beats olklahoma barely
and ohio state beats boise state
then it's Michigan at Ohio State
amd USC at florida

with  USC and OHio State winning and Ohio State winning the national championship

That'd be great except now you are taking bowls away from all but the top 12 teams.  Also, no one is going to want their bowl to be in the early rounds because fans aren't going to make a bowl trip every weekend.  Bowl trips are once a year (which is why they are around New Years) and those cities that host bowls are going to be pissed if they get a ****ty turnout because the LSU fans are waiting for the "real bowl"

the rest of the teams get bowl bids just like the ecac's  Alfred was perfectly happy to win an ECAC bowl

Alfred is perfectly happy to win its next football game, whatever that might be. Of course, AU would rather it be an NCAA playoff game. An ECAC Bowl win, AU's third in three years, certainly is satisfying...but the Saxons, not unlike any of NY's fine D3 football programs, have their sights set on taking the next step, that being the NCAA playoffs.
On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

You could give the higher seed the home game until the final round "bowl games"

How do you guys think the size of Mahony, Becton and Pyz match up vs the MUC O-line?

Do you think these guys can make a difference in the MUC run game?
