I don't think Fisher would have gotten in - I think they found out too late didn't they? Wasn't it well into the playoffs?

I don't think AU would have anyone on All-Region. However, Brenton Brady got his first win last night, coaching the Alfred-Almond junior varsity boys basketball team!

Who did you play for? That team was A-A's best in 50 years until my son's senior season, two years later.

SJF beat three playoff teams on the road this year (U of R and Alfred to the ECACs and Springfield in the NCAAs). Smoked, and I mean smoked two teams that have the most (other than MUC) Stagg Bowl appearances in Ithaca and Rowan. And promptly beat down the Champion of the Liberty League in Union College.  Simply put in 13 games this season, SJFC has played 6 playoff teams.

As for the other teams, well we all can't be lucky enough to have a Heidelberg or Muskingum to play every year to pad our regular season numbers.  MUC plays two hard teams a year in Baldwin Wallace and Capital and a Club level schedule the rest of the way.

Gonna take a wild guess here and say that you played for Batavia Notre Dame.  Sure hope for your sake you're not the kid who hit the last second three-pointer from deep in the corner at McLane Center to put an end to the A-A dream season.
