I think the name should include:

A reference to the E8

Words easily reduced to acronym form

A laugh

While I have not thought of a proposal fitting said description, I did think of a potential motto:

"One nation under Chuck Mitrano"

I'm typically not this active during the day ER - but this forming of our own E8 government is monumental.

OK lets make an agenda of things we need to do for E8 Nation.

I think it will be appropriate for all final decisions to be reached at 8am the day after a proposal. That way both day and night crew can fully comment.
