Looney tunes rule & always will.

If we had a conference room in a hypothetical E8 headquarters, I'd propose that we have Loony tunes on all day - the new stuff is so terrible.

fisheralum91

throw in some old dvd's like caddyshack, godfather, slapshot, etc, and you have a deal!

fisheralum91

oh and yes we are quirky

fisheralum91

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

CV's been awful quiet as of late. Must be he's busy drafting the inaugural E8 Summit agenda.

Mighty Ducks?  wow

Further more... I HATED  Friday Night Lights.  They took a classic book and butchered it.  If you haven't, do yourself a favor and read the book, 10x better.  So good that it was one of the first I actually ever read cover to cover.

I recommend the DaVinci Code Sarge - easy to read that cover to cover.

Hey gents...kinda old news by now, but what a great game on Sat.  It was a good time at MUC.  Looking forward to a return trip in '08 with a little more time to plan for it and a bigger and better tailgate.

Tags, at least we 'hooked up' with a wave from a couple sections apart.  Next season, a few alum I graduated with will have an official 'tailgating' flag and grill.  All are welcome to join the 'club'.  Fire me an email if you are interested and we will compile an official list of 'members'.  Perhaps we can host the official E8 POSTERS, summit at Ithaca next season at one of our pre-game celebrations.

New to the posts...Just wondering if there has ever been talk of creating a E8PP facebook or myspace..would be a great way to see what people are doing next season. Personally dont know much about either site, but what I do know is that you can post messages and possibly schedules

...just a idea...and I persoanally want to start becoming a more active poster

AUPepBand is always pleased to have a nice variety of posters on the E8 board...with representation from as many of the E8 institutions as is possible. Welcome aboard, Maximuh!

+k to AUPepBand for getting to 1,000.

+k to FA91 for developing a platform.

+k to Mr. N. because, well, he is Mr. N. How can you not give that guy +k?

As for the motion to require all E8PPites to attend at least one game, I think we should table the suggestion as a law and re-propose it as a resolution.  That way no posters would be harmed due to inconvenient circumstances (such as MIYH living in Colorado and PG04/Jose living in Florida).  The Council will now consider both motions...

Early plans for 2007 look like JoseQViper in the house for Cortaca with the newly minted Mrs. JoseQViper.  Should the Gators be on the road Fisher weekend, JoseQViper will likely roll solo to that game as well.

Now who is buying me a Brian Grastorf jersey for Christmas?

I motion that we form a comittee to establish the official E8 Posters to hold the 2007 annual meeting at Butterfield prior to the SJF-IC clash.....somewhat central to all schools...great game expected....may be an opportunity to "lure" Keith and/or Pat to IC...

I of course defer again to our most gracious chairman.....

               Cardinals - Bombers....Butterfield......BE THERE!

AUPepBand votes nay on the grounds that the band must play on and, given there isn't a change in schedules, Pep will be rootin' and tootin' for his Saxons to tackle the Sharpe guy from Springfield that day at Merrill Field.

FF - we'll hook up sometime for a beer. You in the Rochester area?

Also, I say a huge tailgate is in order for our first E8 Summit!

CV- We need an events manager in our Government STAT!
