Given the unrest I move for a slight reorganization.

FA91 will be promoted from Senior Senator of Fishy Land to E8 Nation Director of Homeland Security.

Upstate will be given FA91's senatorship from Fishy land.

Booby and Super can campaign to fill the remaining senatorial seat left unoccupied (either Hartwick or Norwich, I can't remember which one we gave PG04).

Who has the Utica College senatorial seat in the E8 Nation? I would like to announce my intention for that seat, unless I could still have a chance as the Diplomatic Liaison between the E8 Nation and the other East leagues due to my relations with the others as ATR East column.
