Dunno how old the Viper photo is but mine is from 2000! :)

Your brother looks like he is on the set of a movie in that picture, or on the opening credits of some early 90's TV show.

And I haven't decided yet what Gordon Mann looks like.

First of all Jose, I have a cartoon that I think speaks to you:

Second of all, I got into boxing just in time for it to suck, so this is an able (and kickass) substitute.

I didn't realize that Fisher added Buff State to their schedule instead of the scrimmage.  Does anybody know how their team is looking? A lot of returning players? Decent new recruits? Basically does it look like they will be decent this year or continue down their current trend.

Also Fisher was able to turn this scrimmage game into an actual game on the schedule, but when they used to scrimmage Cortland every year that never turned into anything.  I wonder if the schools even tried to set up a regular season meeting?

Finally, who is Fisher going to scrimmage now I wonder??? Does Ithaca always scrimmage Cornell every season?? Who does Alfred scrimmage? So many questions, so little time...

I'd love to see the Cortland scrimmage again, it was always a good indicator on how we'd look.  I dont know who else that SJF could scrimmage around here.  UR, Port, Buff State and AU are the closest schools and they are already on the schedule.  The only other school thats pretty close is Hobart.  Hobart and Cortland would be a good test early heck maybe even take on the couple of Juco schools around in ECC or Alfred State.

well said tags!

FA-

You don't think you can make it to the Ithaca game this year? I would say either the Courage bowl, or the Alfred game would be a good game to come see as well, although it's real late in the year.

AU is scheduled to scrimmage Franklin & Marshall Sept. 1 at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. Guess it was the only thing that worked. Pep has tentative plans to be attending St. John's opener against Marietta Sept. 1 and partake of his first Stiftungsfestivities while back in Mayberry, the band will be holding their second annual "Band Camp."
On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

Hey Tags,

Yeah- The IC game looks iffy, but i am compelled to go to more games this year---I ran into Dr. Bain at a conference and he wanted to be sure that more alums come in and support the team.

Alfred State will be opening their new field this year, unfortunately not in time for any scrimmages.

Kaz00's brother is a F&M alum and so this game is much more than a scrimmage in our family!
Check out the official card game of the AU Pep Band - Str8 Eight!

Not for nothing, but can we all let this go already? And you won't hear me say that often...
