I'll have to check our time of arrival back on the mainland when it comes to the tournament.  It could be tight.  Nascar Rob would love to play if I can't pull it off.  This is a crazy time here as we have about two days to either buy a house or get a six month rental lease!

The FDC should apply for a booth at Freshman Orientation.

Dubbz and Tecmo could man the booth as the local representatives.

that is a Tanfastic* idea.  though...  not much use to tecmo and dubbz...  with tecmo now hitched, and dubbz who is practically married... all the one-sevens would go to waste.  unless they dont give up their recruiting techniques.

NSRB might have to take a roadtrip down.. take one for the team... and do some serious recruiting.

$20 says NSRB has a track meet and cant make it.

Maybe you can make these a part of your platform to re-gain your status as High Chairman?

You could add a few more things to the platform including:

New Bleachers for SJF along w/ outdoor plumbing
New Band equipment for Alfred
A cease cow-bells promise from SJF fans in exchange for a quarter of silence from the FDC
The return of Rowdy
A Win for Utica
A Defense for Hartwick
A passing game for Springfield
A Cortaca Jug Victory for the Bombers
A couple of Norwich E8 Posters

Rowdy - Way to refer to yourself in the 1st and 3rd person in the same sentence.

Guru - MIHO has never seen someone up and leave a wedding to go run a 1/2 marathon the next morning!  Rowdy had a 17 year old HS senior all over him... and he decided to drive 2 hrs. and 17 mins home that night!  That was the worst decision MIOH has seen since the Bombers decided to take the field for the 2nd half against SJF last fall.

I remember sitting among the FDC members at last year's homecoming game against 'Wick and looking at the faces of the Hartwick fan section (which came out in surprising numbers to me given their lousiness and lack of E8Nation representation) when the FDC broke out the "Hartwick.....Hartwick....Hartwick....you suck" chant. 

At the punchline they all got this shocked and offended look like Kyle's Mom from South Park. "Whatwhatwhat??"  A belated apology to those Hawk fans, but in our defense A) we do that to everybody and B) truth is an absolute defense against slander.

Pep is looking for a used (cheap) but decent sounding drum set to add to the band's slim pickin's of band equipment. Another sousaphone would help, too, as we may have three who can play. Pep will gladly trade a kazoo for either the drum set or sousaphone straight up.
