I can honestly say that I have never watched more than 10 consecutive minutes of any Winter Olympics competition.

Next time the games come around, watch the U.S. women's curling team. Trust me, it's worth the time.

I would try but I am not sure they broadcast that channel south of the M-D.

theicdubbz

are the womens curling athletes anything like the LPGA athletes?

Pat Coleman

Pick an NBC channel. I think they were on CNBC, Bravo, MSNBC and USA.

Hard to find. Big hit in my office in 06, though.

dubbz -- if you search curling and calendar you might get some interesting results.

I hate to even admit this but Pat is right.
The girls from the US curling team were incredible!

I'm glad the Guru chimed in on that...I didn't know if there was a line for directing people that way.

I'm from the Twin Cities, so my connection isn't that close, unfortunately.

Wheaton, Ill., 10. Whitworth, Wash., 11. Bethel, Minn., 12. Occidental, Calif., 13. Wilkes, Pa., 14. Springfield, Mass., 15. Millsaps, Tenn., 16. Central, Iowa, 17. Bridgewater, Va., 18. don't forget Coast Guard at #24 (hence the avatar) ahead of cortland or any other E8/LL squads... and Millsaps isn't in Tenn so you know they are not trying hard at all.

NSRB figured there was a way.  But his email account from last year expired, and he forgot his password so NSRB inevitably had to re-register.  plus.  he really wanted to start fresh this year... turn a new leaf so to speak. and not be such a Feric with his stupid comments and pointless banter.   but he definitely appreciates the heads up.
