IC has an unproven QB but won some big games...

MIOH will just clean up that statement to satisfy Realistic & SMAN57

Proof of Big Game W's:

High School: A 2004 graduate of Dobbs Ferry High School, Juvan was coached by Frank Violante. He helped Dobbs Ferry win two state titles, and four section and league championships. He was all-league, all-section and all-state and was the MVP of the state championship game as a senior.

WHO CARES about highschool??  This is college.

I
He hardly "sucked a big egg" against Fisher.  He was 27-34 for 175 yards in that game.  Seems to me that Fisher's offense had more to do with the IC loss than Juvan.  There were some missed chances but that is a hard loss to pin on him alone.

Juvan was actually 21-34 for 175 yards against Fisher.  If I had to give a reason for the 34-10 outcome I would say the IC "three headed monster" didn't perform very well at all.  67 net rushing yards?? Not very good.

Also, superman I support you man.  I think its fun to read the debates and opinions of all the different posters.  But I would definately disagree when you said Kramer was good not great last season.  22 TD's and only 1 INT.  Also finished with a 65% completion percentage and 167.90 efficiency rating.

Robby, you are definately right about Juvan.  Great arm strength and a ton of potential.  But his pocket presence and efficiency must get better.  Eventually he will be one of the better QB's in the E8.

Last year the three headed monster was hurt.  One had a torn ACL, one had a spasming back and missed 2 games due to it, and the other had a concusion.  So the three headed monster last year was 2 at best. one on some saterdays.

All three players played in all 10 games for IC last season.  A torn ACL?  A concussion?  HMMMM thats funny!   In my day they wouldnt let you play with those types of injuries.  Maybe your a little off base with the injuries they sustained last season.

I think there is some confusion as to who constitutes "the three headed monster."

I presume Dubbz is referring to Jamie Donovan, Alex Baez, and Daniel Ross because there is no reasonable way to include James Davis in any kind of Monster.

I presume FA05 is including Davis, who used to be the third RB with Donovan and Baez.

Ross missed last season with the torn ACL and Donovan left a game early with back spasms and Baez had a concussion (or maybe the other way around, don't remember exactly).

I think you are both saying the same thing.

Speaking of Florida, why are the Bucs seemingly giving up on Chris Simms? Gruden really feels Garcia is the answer??? Why not stick with the young lad & let him continue to grow - there would be no discussion if he hadn't been hit so hard he lost his internal organs last year. I don't think it's a good move.

Word down here is that Simms is not fully recovered from his spleenectemy.  Some syndrome where the nerve endings are not fully healed or something.  Brain wants to do something, but nerves don't get the message as quickly as they used to.  Sometimes takes a couple of years to recover from.  Simms may end up on IR this year cause of it.

That's what happens if your mom skips out on paying AUKaz00's grandmother for tutoring services 40 years ago.  We have strange and awesome powers!  Schiano was a good boy in grandma's 1st grade class and look how well Rutgers is doing now...

Made sense to me.  What is so unclear?  His grandma taught Schiano in 1st grade and tutored Simms.

I think it was Simms mother...that part makes sense to me but where does this Aukazoo curse come in

If you all want a laugh while at work, take a look at the link I posted below. It's the LSU fan website and their assorted responses to the same picture JoseQ has as his signature. I almost fell off my chair twice.

uhm... Donovan isnt bad at muddin'.   NSRB, You doing Bud at the Glen this year?

Dubbz,   I will not be in attendance.  NSRB will be celebrating his birthday in NYC this weekend with a friday night out on the town and an all day party saterday filled with festivities. And of course, I will be celebrating my birthday along with my favorite wrestler who shares the same DOB:  Terrence Gene Bollea

No NASCAR, No sleeping ON TOP of a Tent or attempting to put up a 69 yr old tent in the dark, no cooking with gasoline and getting sick, no cops pulling NSRB over for nothing, no stealing firewood from closed convenience stores in Geneva, no last minute calls from MIOH and Tecmo for other camping supplies... and no baking in the sun and drinking warm Beast, no General Lee horns going off every  17 to 69 minutes, just a normal score +4 birthday
