Since I don't have a horse in anything resembling a race, and since the FDC seems so heavily populated with cub fans, and since Sweet Lou is from my neighborhood, I am going to go ahead and jump into the Cubs race this fall.

ok so superman had a free prize team and didn't feel like doing a live draft so he did an auto draft and got Jake Delhomme as his one and only qb so should I add Jeff Garcia, Joey Harrington Steve Mcnair or Matt Schaub

How come nobody is talking about the Kickoff Preview??
Or about the upcoming season??  I wanna talk football!!

1) Fisher predicted record of 10-0 (6-0)....That will be tough to do in the E8!will James Reile be able to carry the load like he did in '05??  I hope so.

2) Springfield, from what I've read, might have some work to do on the defensive side of the ball after losing a majority of their starters.

3) AU will be very competitive again this season, we all know that.  I think they make the NCAA tournament this season finally.  They deserve it.  Quality program.

4) IC looks solid as always.  Will Juvan improve this season?  Will their offensive line be able to open holes for the so called 3 headed monster?

Is there any way we can get a table sitting out front of campus center with 5 guys wearing Yellow t-shirts.   possibly recruiting 100's of sweet 17's

lemme check.  cept the only problem is that you need to be an official school club to get a table in campus center or in textor.  maybe i can pull a few strings though.  ill let  you know when i get back on South Hill.

AU Pep Band is an officially recognized student organization at Alfred University. Thus, the band is invited to "activities fairs" where it can recruit members. In fact, there will be such an event Saturday evening. Pep is mildly optimistic that the band can pull in some decent instrumentalists and beef up the numbers. On top of that, the Performing Arts Division Chair invites Pep to its Monday Open House where Pep tells aspiring performers of the dramatic and/or musical kind of all the benefits of jumping on the Pep bandwagon...like road trips in a whistling and loud 1992 Grand Caravan with 277,000+ miles. Pep imagines scores of students will be joining the band....

Steve McNair in my opinion.  Veteran QB on a most likely superbowl contending team.  Garcia might be a good option as well.
