And I thought it might be about time to get out of limbo and say hey around.....

How is everybody in the E8 nation......pep CONGRATS on the appointment.....

Was there an impeachment.....is Jose still around....too many pages to catch up on.....

Tecmo....keep me in the loop if you would....Joe tells me the guys sound pretty upbeat at camp...like any other year...

+K to everybody with a couple of weeks to go........

  This is OUR HOUSE...and NOBODY....

Good to see you still on the boards Bob.  I regret not finding you in the stands last Cortaca.  Does Joe have another year of eligibility this season?

I hope you liked those pictures I sent to you.  If you still plan to print them out, I recommend hitting a good quality printer at a local camera shop.  Stay out of Target, Wal-Mart, Wegmans, etc.  They use cheap products and you will see massive color fade over the years.

This season, without fail, I want to meet up with a bunch of you guys before the Cortaca game.  I'll need to be on the field to get my gear ready at least 45 minutes before kickoff.  But anytime before that I would enjoy hanging out and putting faces to names.

Hope all is well with you and your family. Montclair owes you guys one. You have been pretty tough on us fot the past 3 years. Last year at home was not nice. I'll be in Cortland to watch the festivities this year. Hope to see you again. ;)
It ain't over till it's over, and when you get to the fork in the road, take it.

Sounds like the kind of person who would smite someone for no particularly good reason.

Nah, more like the kind of guy who had a low self-esteem and let power go to his head.

I had an RA Sophomore year that was a gigantic loser.  Wrote me up for talking too loud on the phone on a Saturday afternoon.  Man he loved his job.

The first floor odd side RA, Theresa, was much cooler that year, and was decidedly attractive.

Lineback had a party in his room and, and Tecmo's roommate Scott got his Student Safety Patrol friends to show up in their big yellow jackets and pretend like they were making a bust.

Hard to believe that was seven years ago.

Not sure what I think about the new Bristol guys.  I liked them all having to run the same line and ram into each other.

Good win for the Mets tonight.  Glad to see them putting some ground between them and the rest of the division.

Cubs game should be interesting tonight.  Typically they are lousy against the cut-fastball lefty type, but Davis has really struggled.  The D'Backs are lousy against lefties with Lilly on the mound.  Hopefully we can pull it out.

Predictions:

East-  Mets
Central- Cubs
West- Padres

WC-D'Backs

Yeah, I forgot about Theresa... she was lovely.

I'm picking up what you are throwing down Pat....Unless somebody else  has been needlessly smited today.  But somebody decided to be a philanthropist and gave me the +k back and I am not a hater, so no complaints on my end.

I got ya Booby - I was hit as well.

Thanks tags, +k to offset the smiter.  Mark hasn't been on yet to give more details on the scrimmage, I'm curious to how the defense did.  You said they kind of gave Fisher problems?

Yes, he said the D was a little shaky. Not sure exactly what that means - I should have gone to the scrimmage since it's 2 minutes from me. They lost a lot in Lang, Pyz, and Maggio so I'm sure that is tough to get past.

Cortaca Jug

So if I read between the lines techmo is trying to say he's the smiter? And how do I get to smite?

You have to get to 200 posts I believe.

Same to you and your family too Dave.  Yep, you owe us one after last year.  And I would assume the IC dudes feel like they owe us one after the last 2 OT thrillers.

I have not made it to training camp yet, as I am working nights at the moment.  I plan to drive to Cortland this week.  Originally had planned to attend the Hobart - Cortland scrimmage, but it doesn't appear likely due to a work schedule conflict.

I'm honestly not sure what Cortland will bring to the table in 2007.  The QB situation should be much better with Smith back and healthy.  The RB core has been deep, and I know of at least one potential stud recruit they brought in.  The defense is likely to be underrated.  They said goodbye to some amazing talents: Sair, Haas, Montpetit, among others.  But they had some good youngsters coming right behind them so they will surprise some people.

The big question is at the offensive line.  They graduated a lot of talent the past 2 seasons.  And apparently their top returning OL decided not to use his last season of eligibility.  You cannot beat teams like Rowan, IC, Kean, etc without an offensive line to control the pace/clock.  I think the initial D3 Kickoff prediction of 7-3 sounds realistic, but I want to see for myself this week.

Justin Bieber created 666 false D3 identities to give me negative karma.

Very hot and humid day for all East teams to participate in opening scrimmages but remember boys, it will only help in the long run, good luck to all of you..............

Pep just back from tonight's Alfred University Student Activities Block Party at which Pep was happy to get acquainted with a few promising prospects including a couple ambitious trumpets, a solid trombone and a tuba player!

Unfortunately, the block party conflicted with the Saxons' second workout of the day, which Pep had hoped to watch. AU doesn't open its season until Sept. 8, so the Saxons are a week behind in number of practices and will scrimmage Franklin & Marshall at Bucknell University on Sept. 1....down the road abit from the Bombers' opener at Lycoming. Prediction: Ithaca 27, Lycoming 7.

Robby,

I heard you attended the preseason scrimmage??  They played SUNY Morrisville?  If you have any info on the game and how Fisher looked let us know when you get a chance!

Random thought, I'd like to see SC/Rowan or an SC/Cortland game

Id like to see them play some other powers that they traditionally would not get to see.  What are some other matchups you guys would like to see.
