Also, try not to get thrown out of the Sports Info office after throwing a half-smoked cigar on the floor.... man, that was a big day for you last year!

And Super... instead of being concerned of the class of the visiting fans, I would have been more concerned with the class of the players on the field that would turn around and give s*** to us every time Fisher scored... that's right, players on the field (most of whom would never, ever play) giving **** to the fans. That right there is a sign of a team that has only recently come into some wins.

Not firing... I really was just going to type the one story and then started remembering more and more as I went on. It was a banner day, and only two days before he passed the bar!

MIOH: You planning on going to the SJF game?  I planned on bringing the family so maybe you and Mrs. Upstate can rehash some old BB memories if you are going.


RE: Reile....He's a more straight line runner with speed.  He's not as shifty as robby near the LOS but Reile has more breakaway speed.  This line will get him past the 2nd level and into opposing secondaries a ton. He will rush for 1500 plus if he gets the majority of the carries.

RE: Tag's Hanson prediction....He reminds me alot of Robby, he's a very tough runner with good speed.  I wouldnt be suprised if Tag's prediction came true.

RE: The Skin SJF Skin....The whole program is like a family, the program encourages the parents interaction so everyone is really close.  Its really not all that different than HS, in terms of atmoshpere.  BTW, that is what has made them successful.

RE:  Baseball conversations....I dont mind them at all, even though I think baseball sucks, its not like they are talking about soccer or anything.

If I remember correctly, the IC players did the same thing when they scored.  And I wouldn't say that SJF is a team that "has only recently come into some wins."  Over a five year period, from 2002-2006, SJF has compiled a 44-14 overall record while IC has compiled a 41-14 overall record.

If I remember correctly, the IC players did the same thing when they scored.  And I wouldn't say that SJF is a team that "has only recently come into some wins."  Over a five year period, from 2002-2006, SJF has compiled a 44-14 overall record while IC has compiled a 41-14 overall record.  

4 Years is not that long of a time period.

That last line about that being a sign of a team that has only recently come into some wins, going to have to go ahead and disagree with that.  That is a sign of a few players who you yourself said probably didn't play a down getting too riled up.  Do you think Coach V. or Robinson or Lang or Stepnick or any of the starters would have done that? nahhh.  Also all the players on that team have never experienced a losing season at Fisher or been on a terrible team so it's not like they are basking in glory of finally winning a game.  Maybe it speaks to the coaching staff needing to handle some of the players better but it has no correlation to a school recently winning.

No, actually your comment made a lot of sense, unlike FA05's.

Since the FDC was louder than the home crowd that day, and since the IC players were a football field away, I highly doubt that our guys were doing the same thing. And Upstate already said this, '02 is "only recently" in my book; but perhaps what is more important was that Fisher has only recently come into beating IC, as in that was their second time. Or first time, if you're also the kind of person that thinks Bush was only "re-"elected. (that was kind of dense, sorry).

Booby, good point though. i'm sure that reflects the class-less-ness of a couple bad apples, not the whole program. Super, the same goes for bald-goatee and the FDC.
