Ok here are my two cents... no one is knocking James persnonally...I would never do that I know James and he is one of the nicer people I met at fisher... but what we have to argue here is whether or not it is benefital to the team for him to have a majority of the carries or do we need to give the ball to Hanson

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

I was always more impressed with Hanson than Riele... jezzus...how do you lose to App. State seriously... Appalachian State

Well they are the best team (oops) in the football championship subdivision...

yes, but it's Michigan, and there is no excuse for that.

who cares as long as they keep scoring 49pts a game....

pg04

I doubt that's going to happen.

And Besides, you still have work to do.  You scored less points than Mount Union did in the first 14 or so minutes of the game  :D

Goodness me it's 72-0 Mount Union with a minute to go in the 2nd...

I'm not really sure how it all works, but it seems they could play somebody that can put up a fight.

Honestly, I'm sure they've got some dough, go up to Butterfield or something and play someone who will hit back when they get hit.

Don't get me wrong, they're good, but they to love to pad their stats.

To be fair, isn't that what they are doing by scheduling Fisher next year?  Also, if they really had wanted to pad their stats the score would have been upwards of 100, since they were to 70 by halftime.

I really feel bad for Averett, however.  How did they even come out after halftime?

Hanson was the better of the two today. Reile looked liked he had been listening to the second guessers and decided to change his style to be more patient. Seemed to be thinking too much instead of reacting. Actually watching a majority of his running last year and this year the change was obvious. It did not help that Fisher seemed to be experimenting with a variety of plays in the first quarter and never really stuck to an offensive scheme until the second quarter. Their blocking and running philosopy changed on the Hanson long TD run and took Kings by surprise. It opened the passing and running game which pretty much ended the game.

I would not be to fast to change things but can't blame the coaches if they did.

You got it right upstate! Anyone would think Fisher had lost that game. 49 to 7 and the whole discussion is who got how many carries. Just like last season. After every win the coach was ripped because of who got how many carries. No player puts himself in the game and calls the play. The most important thing is the W. Give it a rest, there is a long way to go.

Please go into more detail, if possible....

Sounds like you were in the huddle...or maybe you were on the side line....wait is this Coach V?

At halftime of the Ithaca/Fisher game three years ago Fisher was up big at halftime.  I was next to the fence and a number of their coaches were talking about how they couldn't wait to get on d3football after the game (which they almost ended up blowing). Between that and the players grandstanding to the fans last year, it's pretty obvious that winning is a recent trend at Fisher...

So to all those coaches reading....

PLEASE CONTINUE TO START JAMES REILE.

Thanks.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

Its obvious to me, that it doesnt matter who they start.  This o-line is going to kill any D-line in the E-8, especially the 3-4.

That was pretty lame...I was next to the fence at the Whitehouse the other day and I overheard the Secret Service saying that they couldnt wait until the IC posters (at least Tecmo) got over the fact that Fisher has blown by them in the East and isnt looking back....By the way, show me one post other than than from a SJF poster that predicted Hanson would be the starter.   I suppose any MUC kid that put up numbers yesterday after the game was OVER 3 min. in, should be the starter from here on out???

I like your signature, SJFF82. I had no idea that in Fisher's history they only sponsored a football team in 2004, for some reason took it away in 2005, and then reinstated it in 2006.

As far as the Reile/Hanson debate goes, everyone else seems to be staying out of it. I love watching you Fisher guys bicker. This must have been what it was like for you when me and bombsaway were going at it last year.

Super, can you say IAN KENNEDY???

(Oh, and I heard some Boston guy had a good game too, or something.)
