Told you IC would beat Kings . . .

ATB

SJFF82

Early prediction:

SC  65
SJF  55

Sharpe decides 7 TD'S last year was nothing and scores 8 this time at home...and rushes for 325 yds.    The defense better pick-it-up as they say.

Here's the link to the Alfred-Thiel game, which for some reason isn't linked on the D3 scoreboard....

http://www.thiel.edu/athletics/RELEASE%20TEMPLATE/2007-football/9-8-07.html

Keeley was 19-for-28 for 353 yards and 4 TDs, throwing it around a bit to seven different receivers.

Hendrix caught three passes for 109 yards and a TD and rushed for 106 yards on 15 carries. Saucobie Riley had four catches for 107 yards, most of that coming on a 77-yard TD pass in the second quarter when he got behind the Thiel defenders. Bork had a solid day with 6 catches for 76 yards and a TD (25 yards). Matt Gibbins had a 4-yard TD pass off the Saxons' "power" offense (with Don Miller in the backfield).

The Saxon defense dominated early and after yielding that TD pass at the end of the first half (the QB was about to be hit and unleashed a perfect pass to the end zone), came up with numerous big plays to thwart all of Thiel's second half scoring threats.

All in all, a good start for the Saxons, who will be playing at Merrill Field in five of the next six weeks.

Pep is reminded he needs to "Check Engine" after remarkably returning home despite much of the trip with said light on in the band wagon. Will the 1992 Pep Bandwagon with 278,600 miles finish out the 2007 season? Stay tuned....

On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

Your school needs to log in and post it. It doesn't happen by magic.

Well I am in love with the webcat idea. I watched the game last night and I will definatly tune in next week.

The quality is amazing.

Thanks. We don't have enough funding to do a game every week, unfortunately. :(

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

I am thinking that the Fisher/Springfield game would be a better one. Of course I am going to the Fisher/Ithaca game, so that makes my choice a little easier.
GO FISHER!!!

Yeah, who wants to see the Bombers massacre the Fish.... save your money.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

Not unless the Bombers just signed Asante Samuel.

Well there is something to be said about the fact that Ithaca can ruin the importance of the SJF-SC game.  And boys, I do still think it's a 4 team race.

Three things:

a) Apparently after the IC/Fisher game last year I picked a fight with an SJF PP regular and caused quite a ruckus on this board.  Apologies.

b) Joe told me yesterday that there was some interest/curiosity regarding Ursinus on here a little while back.  My little brother plays for them and I do my best to keep tabs, so if anyone wants to know anything about 'dem Bears I can probably be of help.

c) Go Bombers.
I BELIEVE

I completely agree PG - it's very early and a lot of football to be played.
