Id really like to see a highlight of Kramer's TD run....

I can picture homer saying "WOHOO, look at that flubber fly"

Game should be archived eventually on D3cast ( I think) so you may be able to watch it over and over again!  ;)

AU should be a lock for a top 25 spot in my mind. I would imagine that SC is out after today, and AU should drop right into one of the open spots. What Spot? I guess we will have to wait and see. AU has been really impressive if you ask me. In fact I could see them winning the league outright. I am not sure how good SC is, but from everything I have heard this was big win for AU.

Fisher looked good today, especially comming out in the second half. IC scored a big touchdown at the end of the 1st half (Great catch by the way) to get back in the game. Fisher scored on the first drive of the 2nd half, and was on its way from there. 4 drives of over 70 yards really helped control the clock. I think that the E8 is between Fisher and AU from the looks of it. Obviously that is a long way from being decided, but they look to be the two strongest teams thus far.

The final game for both teams could be really interesting if things go the way they look like they are going.

I think there will be four teams from the east in this weeks top 25, SJF will stay about where they are, Rowan and MSU will move up with MSU leap frogging over Rowan and Alfred coming in 20-25.  Springfield most likely does drop out.  The NJAC and E8 are looking strong so far this season.

Georgia wins.  Glad to see Saban lose.

Kramer actually moves pretty well.  He always seems to make a few great plays on his feet each game.  I was very surprised when he took off for that TD.  He's faster than I thought.

Next week @ Hartwick should be interesting.  I think Fisher wins fairly easily but Hartwick will probably score some points.  They have a good offense.  But they wont be able to stop Fisher at all.

the issue that I have with polls is you need to do it starting now beacuse if you did it now you would need to put alfred probably in the top 15 they not only beat Springfield they took Chris sharpe out to the wood shed and  pep took his belt off and spanked him

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Perhaps but if today was your first poll then a win against Springfield wouldn't look as impressive.

pat I agree...but Alfred has really beating teams...and they will in the end be hurt by the rankings...I have no issue with your rankings because in fact I think you guys do a great job...but as in DI there should be no rankings untill a couple of weeks in that way we are able to see through teams like springfield and Wilkes and are able to give teams like Montclair state and Alfred the love they deserve

Maybe not as impressive, However they did stick with Montclair who did just beat Wesley.  All the connections and angles are mind-boggling.  Springfield still has some measuring stick games remain.  We'll see how they answer the bell.

Yes. I think we can thank Moravian, Susquehanna and Juniata for that, actually. Opening up the MAC non-conference schedule has shuffled things around nicely.

In National news, Mount Union wins another game by an absurd margin, 62-0.  Why can't they just have a bye to the National semifinals... seriously!  No team in their own conference (even the good ones) have been able to beat them (other than ONU once) in forever, and the first and second round opponents in the playoffs are usually jokes...

I say we just have them meet the East Region Champ automatically in the National semifinals  :P

Lyco80

Not that anyone asked me but . . .

Mt. Union is a juggernaut that just rolls over its own league most years if not all and then romps through the first couple of rounds of the playoffs.

I have been down this road before and been told all sorts of absurd things about the lack of D2 schools in Ohio, blah, blah, blah.

They could compete against the Pennsylvania schools like Slippery Rock, Bloomsburg, Kutztown etc for competition in their approximate area.

There is no doubt they are a fantastic program, but with few notable exceptions, they generally are responsible for the OAC's phenomenal winning percentage in the playoffs.

What surprises me is the relative silence from D3 football asking them to move to another level.

There is very little surprise each year other than the margin of victory they run up on some of their OAC opponents.

But like I said, nobody asked me.
