Wow I was getting a little choked up on that first post, thanks for the smack down to keep me in line.
I don't know who the lifers are, but it does seem that the majority of the posters have a legit football point to make, granted we all have a certain bias or we wouldn't be here in the first place.
There are always posters that if they don't like your point of view hurl insults. I've always found that laughing at their immature attempts works better than hurling childish insults back and forth. Creative comebacks don't hurt either.

Just got back from my first trip to Lawn Guyland in longer than I can remember; catching up on about 12 pages of E8Nation business....I for one welcome our new Hartwick overlords and invite all of you (BoSox, Admiral, WickNation, etc.) to please migrate over to the basketball board once we switch over from pigskin to roundball so we can talk some well-rounded E8 hoops this winter. A long way off yet, I digress.

The following story probably best told in LLPP style 3rd person...

Caz also visited the gigantic Palisades mall in Rockland County for the first time and was thrilled beyond belief to discover a Fatburger in the 3rd floor food court. Haven't seen one of those since ICLA days.

A random ultra-orthodox Jewish man (from a large community in the area) proceeded to harsh Caz's buzz with a completely unprovoked ethnic slur directed towards Caz. Truly sad thing is, Caz is himself Jewish although about 50 times less orthodox than this dude. Caz wishes we could all get along.

Yeah I really didn't like the attack on being a construction worker Soopa, the guy is working for a living and it's a respectable job. Not one of the people intentionally cheating and living off of government funds, abusing the system.
