If you want to dish it out, you better be able to take it.

I suggest if you don't want to hear about it, then don't make mention of any other teams.

I wasn't making fun of the bills...I am a bills fan... and it does suck to be the bills today because they had every opportunity to win the win game

I agree with SJFF82.  IC guys, you have to remember that the Fisher program is still a young program in college football.  Teams like Ithaca and Alfred have had football for like 100 years or something.  I think the Fisher guys are just trying to point out that, for a young program, we have had some success on the gridiron.

And yes ICdubbz, you did "monkey stomp" us for 12 years.  But here is the problem for you:  We are going to monkey stomp you for years and years to come!  Haha.  Our facilities are better, we are affiliated with a professional football team, and the Rochester area is very centrally located.  Plus Rochester is alot more fun than Ithaca, sorry to say.  AND our staff is alot better at recruiting and we have the best up and coming program in NYS.

I'm assuming this post will cause some drama but I have to defend my alma mater.  I'll be back later to see the consequences of my very opinionated post.

'05... Your logic is bogus. Just because Ralph Wilson decided to put the Bills in Rochester for training camp at SJF, that doesn't mean that they will automatically get the best recruits because there is a professional football team that practices there! It helps in the money end of it -- more money for recruiting in general, more for facilities, etc., but just because the Bills are there doesn't make them a better football team.

I never said that "they will automatically get the best recruits because of the bills."  I simply said it helps a great deal.  And if you don't think so, then I think you're wrong.  It helps in the money end like you said, but it also helps in the recruiting end.  And yes, because the Bills are there they are a better football team.  If they weren't there, we wouldn't be as good IMHO.  Bills = Money = Recruits.  A simple equation DewCrew.  No offense meant here but its just what I believe.  Good job this year so far on Around the Region.

Does anyone know what the NY Giants training camp has done for SUNY Albany?

SUNY Albany gives athletic scholarships.  Once scholarships come into the picture, you can throw out the the training camp argument.  SJF is a D3 school and the Bills certainly help their program a great deal.

It wasnt until about 10 last nite that time warner had left my house after finally installing road runner ("We'll be there between 5 and 7").  I didnt have anything in me after watching the cowboys somehow destroy every tease i made with them this weekend.  Thank you Tony.

However, it did cheer me up this morning when I reviewed the verbal bashing I took for commenting on the D3 to D1 analogies yesterday.  I had a good laugh this morning.  My personal favorite had to be the comparison to Kobe Bryant.  I guess it was kinda a landmark event.  I dont really see myself ever being compared to Kobe again.  My basketball game has no jumper, and i have no ambitions of going to Colorado to rape a woman and then give my wife a huge diamond ring to say i'm sorry.

Too soon?

God i feel like jumping off a bridge today....

As a Bills season ticket holder for the past 4 years and a fan for 20 years I can honestly say that last night was the most devastating loss I've ever seen.  This is even worse than superbowl 25, this was in our back yard and to have it end like that was just a kick in the balls....

This was a kick to the collective groin of WNY, all of the country will now be laughing at us because of the new way we found to lose a game....

Seriously if you were to tell me that Jabari Greer would hold TO to two catches and that Romo would throw 5 picks (should of been 7), fumble once, have two of those INT's returned for TDs (one by an Undrafted Free Agent WR turned Safety) and then have a 103yd KO return for a TD and the Bills lost I would of said your probably the most retarded person in the world.....

Im glad I took today off just so I can sit on my computer and cry about this...

On the plus side, the Ball Burglars (an orginization started by Bills fans that donates money for every take away that the Bills get and donates he money to Hunters Hope and Carly's Club) had an amazing night. Probably well over 1200 dollars alone was donated last night. Kudos to Jabari, George, Kelsay, Crowell, Digorgio and Williams. Your burgling of the ball was not a lost cause....

You should of been there.....

A great football game that had everything you could possibly think of happen, unfortunatly, like all bills games it didnt work out for Buffalo...

I think that last night was one of the few nights that the MNF crew didnt drive me insane.
Too chatty- but not as bad as weeks previous---and is it me or is TK growing on me?

Regarding the Yanks, if Torre goes they should go with Girardi, and I love Donnie Baseball but Girardi is better suited to be a manager.  They need to resign Mo and Posada, hope Petite stays and try to keep ARod but only if they can still get Ranger money, they need to resign Abreu in my opinion too.  Go with Wang, Petitte, Hughes and Kennedy in the rotation, keep Joba in the pen as set up man and eventual successor to Mo and find a fifth starter among what they have or in the free agent market place or trade Giambi for a starter.  Keep Menkavitch (sp) and Duncan at first, Duncan and Matsui can DH platoon.  Damon in left, Cabrera in center and Arbeu in right is a good outfield and Matsui can be the guy that gives the others days off.

Jose let George know this is what KS recommends.
