If you havent seen the trinity game from yesterday, you HAVE to see this.  Possibly the greatest football play of all time.  Better than cal/stanford.  Better than the music city miracle.

And I'm back,

(In reference to a discussion last week)  I think we can put to rest the heisman talk for Tebow, at least for this year...

Tebow was hurt though too it seemed.....

It usually comes out late afternoon Sunday. I imagine there is a lot of deep thinking going on this far into the season. Stay tuned!

Well the game this weekend between AU and Ithaca is looking to be a bigger and bigger game. IC needs to win out to have any chance at a playoff birth (I still don't think they have any chance). And, AU needs to win out to get the AQ. With two losses I think it will be tough for any E8 team to get an at large bid. So, the next two weeks are make or break time for AU.

Should be a fun couple of weekends.
GO FISHER!!!

Cards,

actually AU doesnt have to win out to get the AQ.  They can lose to IC, and then beat Fisher and still get the AQ.  The Fisher game is much more important than the IC game for AU.

There are a lot of 1-2 loss teams out there already in the east.  That makes me think a 2 loss team (E8) will get the at large bid....

The AU loss this weekend really hurts the E8.  Had AU run the table and SJF remained at one loss, both teams (despite who won the head to head battle) would make the tourney.  However, with the Bart loss, both Hartwick and IC are back in the picture, with a real possibility that the E8 may not get a second bid.  I am not sure that confusion and parity helps the E8 this year.
