SC 31
Wick 27

AU 31
IC 38 in OT

Good predictions there.  I also believe that SC will beat Wick this weekend.  That should be a high scoring game.  But, I do think AU will rebound and beat IC @ Butterfield.  That too, should be a great game.

I seriously doubt Ithaca will lose two at home this year. We'll see how good Alfred really is when they kick it off at Butterfield after the drubbing they took last Saterday in Geneva.

Anybody see DewCrews column yet?  I just read it.  His East Region rankings are very interesting this week.  I'm surprised Hartwick isn't in there.  Here it is:

1. Wesley
2. RPI
3. Salisbury
4. St. John Fisher
5. Alfred
6. New Jersey
7. Hobart
8. Ithaca
9. Rochester
10. Cortland State
St. John Fisher College...King of the East

I dont buy Wesley and Salisbury being 1 and 3...

I think Wesley is over rated and RPI/SJF would beat them....

I agree that Hartwick has an argument to be in the top 10, but who are you going to move out for them to get in. Maybe IC, who has the same record, and lost to Hartwick, but I think if they played again it would be a much different story. Rochester could be another one they trade places with, but they have been very impressive the last few weeks. I pretty much like the top 10 that DewCrew put out this week. The only change that I think I would make would be to move New Jersey ahead of AU.

New Jersey has been as impressive as anyone, and the 30-0 drubbing of #10 Cortland State was enough to move them ahead of AU who lost last week. In my mind anyway.

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

I love it - Someone opted out of being a Yank.

I also love it that he will now have to settle for less than he would have gotten w/ the yanks.

1. Wesley
2. RPI
3. Salisbury
4. St. John Fisher
5. Alfred
6. New Jersey
7. Hobart
8. Ithaca
9. Rochester
10. Cortland State
I don't know about this, I don't buy Rochester because they lost to Union whom I don't think belongs. I really believe that both RPI and SJF pound Salisbury and Wesley. Alfred should not be ahead of Hobart. What the heck else does Hobart have to do? Storm is on fire and they beat Alfred pretty good last week. I think New Jersey should be higher because they hammered Cortland who still is a good football team. Tough to say, mine looks like this;

1.)SJF
2.)RPI
3.)Wesley
4.)New Jersey
5.)Hobart
6.)Salisbury
7.)Alfred
8.)Cortland
9.)Ithaca
10.)Hartwick*
I am lost here though because I have a feeling SC will beat Hartwick on Sat. I am also gald to see Curry is not in the poll. Thoughts?

My dream would be if Boston signed him, because then Boston would have the A-Rod Curse

Bad form Dew Crew...

Rankings mean nothing...but how you don't have Hartwick in your top 10 this week is puzzling?

#10 - Cortland just lost 30-0 last week;

#9 - Rochester is 5-3...and ZERO signature wins (St. Lawrence 2-5, Merchant Marine 0-8, Mount Ida 3-6, WPI 4-4, and Susquahana 1-7);

#8 - Ithaca, who Hartwick beat, and whose biggest win this year is against a 3-5 Springfield team.

I seems there has always been some bad blood between 'Wick and Utica...which is good because it is a potential rivalry game, being they are about an hour apart.  I am starting to think you really have something against 'Wick in general.  I completely understand 'Wick could blow it against a Springfield team with nothing to lose, and let Norwich stay close in a downpour last weekend,  but the teams listed above...come on now...you are better then that.

It is clearly idiotic that Hartwick is not in the top ten... Dewcrew is holding a personal vendetta vs Bosox... that or he is just not very bright
This is your (fisheralum05) reason for Ithaca to be in front of Hartwick?  now I have heard it all... i guess wins flat out just dont count anymore ...

Rochester is by far the biggest blunder on the list...

and dont let me hear that Hartwick was left off the top ten because a poor performance against Norwich...RPI had to pull off a bullcrap overtime victory over WPI and they are still up there at 2 (which is fine)

I agree BoSox...I can take things that are subjective...like if DewCrew has a team that hasn't played 'Wick, and has the same record, ranked ahead of them.  This one seems personal...and isn't the first time he has done it this year.

Come on...ROCHESTER...5 and 3 ROCHESTER...look at my post above...their wins come against teams with a combined 10 and 30 record.  Craziness...guess next week we pick teams with the best looking uniforms...

Well he isn't really giving the E8 much love the past month or so, I think he is trying to be diplomatic and not seem like that NJAC homer who did the column before Adam.  He has said numerous times that he doesn't think the E8 will get a second bid, he has two ACFC teams ranked in the top 3 and the first E8 team comes in at the 4 spot in the East.  Really?  the E8 only has the 4th best team in the region?  Still has Cortland in the poll even though I swear to goodness they don't belong at alllllllllll, that is a team that lost to Brockport, Got spanked by TCNJ, barely beat Buff State and had a 1 point win against Western Conn.
