Yea I see what you're sayin and i hope that holds true... My comment stems from everyone thinking and i agree that Hartwick will have to score alot to win... and when he is in the line up they are much more explosive... which is not news to anyone.  I'm going to be bummed if he doesnt play.. its a big game for Hartwick and I just hope they are at full strength

Obviously, SC is going to get their points no matter who they are playing.  Out of curiosity, how has Hartwick's defense been against the run this season.  I actually don't know anything about them because I didn't listen to the IC game (because I assumed it was a foregone conclusion).  If they are pretty good against the run, and pretty deep at LB and S, then they should have some success against SC.

Defense has been spotty but they have a big injury at LB right now... there top defensive player OLB Flaherty is out

The admiral is heading out the door for the game that will decide 'wicks playoff chances. Random thoughts:

1. Crea is playing, Crea is playing!!
2. Flaharty practiced this week, game time decision.
3. Predictions
       - Although 'wicks defense has been bend (alot) but don't break (not so much) all year. If you look at the individual games, due to the defenses size it is the down your throat running teams that have really lit them up. The defenses speed will actually make them much more suited for stomping the option attack. And the offense on this nice sunny day is just going to light it up.

       - In the other big game I think AU's penalty fest catches up with them again

Wow - look at this guy thinking that even if they do make it they won't end up like Curry.

A little class at the tail end of the season would be good dude, you had plenty of time to talk junk & get your head around the fact that 'Wick accidently beat Fisher & IC. You may never get back to this position, and even now you aren't guaranteed a shot at the NCAA's, so I'd have a little more tact than that.

Dew, I agree that the RPI win was big, but when you look at the situation, Utica losing their coach and Hartwick on the verge of a potential playoff game

I don't think there is much in this post that requires a response but, out of curiousity, could you be more specific about "all" those years you were in the ECAC game?  It's been 5 years since you even finished about .500

tags - it's not just you, I was reading through quickly and that one stopped my and I LOL'd.

Saxon - obviously I am a IC fan here, but AU needs to do a lot to stop all of there penalty yards they've been getting if they want to keep it close at Butterfield.

Pep- you do what you can.  Keep your chin up and know that the rest of E8 nation enjoy the distraction and fun you bring here too...

Realilistic - you are absolutely right about the penalties.  Coach Murray seems to be missing something with the aggressiveness - especially out of bounds.

it's one of those things that I thought wasn't a big deal in the first few weeks (esp when still winning) but now this late to have that many penalties is a very big deal.

In other news...talk about a crazy day, Kirk Herbstreit is doing game day in Oregon and immediately getting on a plane and flying to BC for the Primetime game?  Thats crazy.
