Any predictions for the big Fisher/Alfred game this weekend?

How about any predictions for who will get in from the east region?

Here's what I think the East Region will look like Sunday night:

1 Wesley vs. 8 Hartwick
2 TCNJ vs. 7 Widener
3 Muhlenberg vs. 6 RPI
4 Fisher vs. 5 Curry

The Mules and the Cards could flip as could Curry and RPI.

Gee thanks for giving me a friggin 9 hour trip one way. In your scenario though I see Widener and Hartwick flipping. Widener closer to Wesley

a) I don't see them sending two teams into the east...
b)at this point it is TCNJ's bracket to lose, and go check out Pat's predictions on the front page, I think he has it pretty accurtte, because IF... RPI wins they also need Hobart to win to get a pool c, so the only way to open up a pool c is to have RPI and Hobart lose, and then I can see the winner of Cortland-Ithaca possibly take the pool c

I agree that TCNJ will be the top team from the East, but with their week 1 loss to Muhlenberg who is third in the South, I think there will be 2 teams moved.  Perhaps it will be Salisbury and Muhlenberg, so that TCNJ would be the #1.  However, noone else has answered SFJC's question, so how about positing your own projections?

And in my hypothesis, Hartwick would likely play at TCNJ rather than Wesley for travel considerations.  I was keeping Wick and Widener in order of the latest Regional Rankings (and I can't see Curry getting a higher ranking than Fisher, so I dropped them).
Check out the official card game of the AU Pep Band - Str8 Eight!

plus  PC's predictions could potentially get us Fisher-Wick II

That would make everybody happy. You guys could prove the loss to us was a fluke and if we get to the second round we prove that out invite was legit. win/win

Jonny Utah

Since Curry is already #2 I would see either Hobart or RPI heading into Milton to face them next week while the other team would play at SJF.  Then Widener at TCNJ and probably Hartwick playing at Wesley....

I Believe I already did... but I will

1.Fisher (c)
2.RPI (C)
3.Salisbury (b)
4. TCNJ (a)-loses to Keane
5.Weidner (a)
6.Hartwick (a)
7.Coast guard (a)
8. UofR (a)

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

with all the talk about the pending playoffs -- i think that the main focus should be on satErday.
I for one see the au sjf game as a real tight game.
Win and then worry about the playoffs----

with such a big game on the line, any estimate on how many people will be there for the game?  8,000?  9,000?  or is that way off?

that seems surprising to me.  Especially due to the significance of the game.  Then again,  I suppose since its not Homecoming, Parents weekend, or Alumni weekend there wouldnt be as many people in town for the game. Though, Rowdy was rather impressed with the travelers from Mayberry.  The last time Butterfield's visitors section was full was the last time Cortland was in town. Props to the Saxon parents and girlfriends for drivin up.

realistic

rowdy - I think it's tough to get that big of a number for most teams.  3500-4000 is pretty good.  IC only gets close to the 5 digits once a year.

I'd say St Johns is one of the only programs that consistantly has big numbers at every game.
