You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Silly Goat I think you lost all credibility when you so boldly claimed that Ithaca was in rebuilding mode and Alfred would roll all over them.

What the f*ck is superimposed?

+K for talking goat reference

"He buttonhooked me... I didn't know he was going to buttonhook me."

Duuuude,    I made the same reference a night or two ago and no one responded.  Just crickets.  Now its like saterday night at the comedy club.

I second this opinion... sometimes he has some good things to say, but usually he just makes stupid comments like the one you mentioned.

Also, maybe we have been referencing the 2005 game a little too much.  But here are some reasons why:

1) Paul Keeley was the main offensive reason we won that game.  He's two years older, so it is a relevant point.  To what degree, well thats up for debate.

2) We cant reference last years game.  As fisher walked out i was screaming ecac's at them.  It didnt work out so well.  However, vodka makes you forget its raining and your team is losing.

3) After the last two weeks, we're really looking for the positives.  We need to substantiate that we Are a good team, one that deserves to represent the E8.  And i believe AU is, but we have to prove it.  Dwelling on that game is looking at a positive.

4) It is the week of AU/sjf.  Last year and the year before last are relevant.  If you were an AU fan, which would you dwell on?

On another note, I too hate those that make broad statements that try to dismiss D3 sports.  Same guys that say that are those that were backups in high school and "would've won states if coach would've put me in". Or worse, never even played.

Yeah... I guess will have to try again later with some different material. It's like getting the O & A car crash sound.

So here I am at work getting on just to post an update, I don't know why I keep listening......Colin is in Georgia today because of the Auburn Georgia game and he is doing his show live there in front of an audience of SEC faithful.  He needlessly decides to bring up the fact that College Gameday isn't going to be at that game and he was saying "where are they going to be? some place I never heard of?  Oh thats just what America needs to get them pumped up some showdown between two small New England schools with 80 people combined.  That is a decision some suites made at ESPN, as triumph the dog would say that game is worth pooping on"....This caused the crowd to cheer in an uproar as he went on and on for about a minute tearing into D3 football.  You are the man Colin!

Ill give AU credit for coming into Growney and winning in 05, but in reality that offense was a mess.  Between the OC and his horrid play calling and the total ineptitude of the QB position im suprised they put up any points vs a VERY good, hard hitting Brady led defense.

I said it after that game but it wasnt so much of what AU did to SJF its what SJF did to themselves.  They didnt execute at all the entire game on Offense.  Sure Brady and the rest of the AU D made some plays but it was SJF's lack of execution on offense that led to the loss.

bottom line is AU came in and won the game... but in addition to your comment on the offense, Robby was just returning from a shoulder injury.

Good post...hopefully two years from now, when AU returns to Growney....you will be dwelling on 3 straight losses to SJF... ;)
