Maybe Hartwick will get lucky and get Curry in the first round...although that may give the NEFC their first playoff win...

i think he is just feeeling a little bitter than sjf did not win the conference

THE HARTWICK HAWKS DID

Fan of D3 is in idiot.  They definitely both share the conference title Hartwick just receives the automatic bid.  I think Fan of D3 believes that if Hartwick were to win Fisher wouldn't make it to the playoffs.  Good luck keeping one of the now top 5 teams in the nation with one 3 point loss on the road out of the playoffs.  Have fun watching Springfield in the playoffs i mean the ECAC's i mean wherever the hell they end up....

yeah i realize they both share the title, where did i say they didnt? its the same as last year when springfield and sjf won the title but we all knew who the real winners then were like the real winners this year  8)

and like i said, i dont give two sh*ts about springfield football, lol the only thing they do is provide me a place to drink on saturday afternoons.  THANK GOD THE SEASON ENDED FOR THEM TODAY

Great Job Utica,  You guys made us all proud today, way to man up and bring it the E8 co champs with out a head coach...Good Luck next year, you guys should be very proud of yourselves

I don't know call me crazy but when you said that a Fisher poster was bitter that "Fisher didn't win the conference" That you are saying Fisher didn't win the title.  You meant to say the automatic bid but you didn't say that, you said the conference...

can anyone confirm if the utica hartwick game is the highest scoring game in ncaa history? I know the boise st 60 something to 60something game a couple weeks ago was the highest d1 game

Might be... I'll have to do some checking

My final East ranking would be:

2. Curry (I guess)
3. RPI
4. Hobart
5. TCNJ
6. Hartwick
7. Ithaca
T8. Cortland
T8. Montclair State
10. ???? does it matter

EDIT: I moved TCNJ down 2 notches to 5 from originally putting them at 3...even though their game against Kean didn't really mean anything, they should have still won while RPI and Hobart took care of business.  I wanted to rank IC over Hartwick since they're playing better right now, but hey, head to head.

Just happy the Hawks found a way...albeit against Utica...to win when they needed it.  You won't hear me bragging about the W...though this game will be talked about for years.  Congrats on the E8 title Hartwick...whether posters on here like it or not, you deserve it.

Yanks,

myself and others already offered our congrats to Hartwick.  They had a great season.  Their success only makes our conference that much deeper and better.  Good luck in the playoffs!

Agreed. I'm happy that it was a hell of a game against the Hawks. Congratulations... make the E8 look good.

I forgot the most points scored in dII which now shows the hartwick utica game is infact the highest scoring game by both teams

as well as the information is only accurate before this seasons started as the boise st game should definitely be in there

I actually think this will be the ordering.  The only difference is that the imported team will not be 8 (we have no way of knowing which team it is) and Hobart will not play RPI in the first round.
