Let's not spend the day dissecting how Keeley leaving came about. The bottom line is over the last two years we've had great success without him, and quite frankly he still hasn't won the proverbial "big game" (maybe, maybe Fisher in '05 but wasn't w/ the NCAA's on the line).
Let's be honest, his game yesterday was shaky at best.

... I propose we gear up to discuss what's about to happen in 15 minutes!

I agree, he did look very erratic  yesterday.  Throws were sailing on him and some other ones just werent very good decisions....

Gotta say, I think the whole chanting this is great, especially when it is against you.  I think I always played better when I had the feeling that everyone hated me.  Not a big fan of being nice.  I know that they are still d3 athletes that dont get paid or have scholarships, but it shows one's testicular fortitude, if you will.
I think Keeley has proved himself this season and previous seasons.  His resume speaks for itself.  If you took Kramer first, I'd thank you.  Keeley is much better, but football is the ultimate team sport, more so than anyother sport out there.

If my math is right, here is how each did in the last 2 games they faced each other...

Kramer 434 yds 5 TD - 2 INT.
Keeley 535 yds  2 TD - 5 INT.

A surprise, perhaps, right off the bat as we have three Empire 8 teams in the field. Hartwick passed Widener in opponents' winning percentage (OWP) and OOWP this week and dragged Ithaca up with them. Widener plays at St. John Fisher, Ithaca at Curry, Hartwick at RPI and New Jersey at Hobart.




how big would that be for a) the east to get 3 pool c's b) the e8 to get two of the pool c's and I for one would love to see the RPI-Wick game

This would be great ... entertaining scenario.

If my math is right, here is how each did in the last 2 games they faced each other...

I vote Kramer.

Ultimate team game.  Its hard to compare with just numbers in football.  Scenarios (i.e. starting field position) play major roll.

Fan of D3 is in idiot.  They definitely both share the conference title Hartwick just receives the automatic bid.  I think Fan of D3 believes that if Hartwick were to win Fisher wouldn't make it to the playoffs.  Good luck keeping one of the now top 5 teams in the nation with one 3 point loss on the road out of the playoffs.  Have fun watching Springfield in the playoffs i mean the ECAC's i mean wherever the hell they end up....

Just curious... SJF fans... are you guys really ok saying co champions?  not being a dick just asking

What about the amount of airtime D3 football got on espn yesterday that was great ... the game day location... they spoke about Ithaca v Cortland then at night Hartwick a couple of times with Utica including a Brooks BBQ mention wihch i assume came from Mark May... He is from Oneonta I believe.

I just ask because its two teams with the same record at the top but they played each other...
