thanks upstate.
i dont want to sound like too much of a homer- but passing on fisher is not an easy thing.
SS and SM are playing VERY well and are feeding off each other and many of the AU folk thought that AU's passing attack would finally break the Fisher secondary.

I will say this, despite what else I've said... Ithaca may be the toughest test MUC will have faced in the first round of the playoffs in a long time. 

I can assure you that Mount has the utmost respect for Ithaca and will not take them lightly. I would expect a great effort from the Bombers and a great game on Saturday.

Mount has no glaring weakness (at least that has been exposed yet) but games are played on the field and anything can happen. Weather, turnovers, injuries, penalties ect can become the great equalizer.  

Looking forward to meeting the Bomber fans. Have a safe trip to Alliance. BTW, I would agree that the brunch is a great way to go. Great variety and certainly worth the price ($6).

......MUC's field is 100 yards long. They play with a regulation ball. They put 11 guys out on offense and 11 guys on defense. They're human, just like we are....

Actually, they usually play with 13 on defense.  Which explains the great D stats, as well as the high number of penalties

Or.     Da Dithika Bombers can take a ride to Alliance and introduce themselves to the Ohio folks the same way we did to the Cortland folks.

I would agree 100% with this.  Tougher 1st round game for MUC since the playoffs expanded from 16.

ok gents- scouting report on Hobart--any thoughts?

I will say this- after watching Fisher this year and especially on Sat, that defense is going to be hard to score on.  
Played a great game, not to forget the special teams------wow--- punter played out of his mind and S.S looked like he could have broken every one of the kickoffs!!!!!

I'm working on a preview.  Will get it out ASAP.
