That Felicetti guy was pretty good...

I remember when Union was good, and didn't suck like they do now.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

Hartwick spawned Felicetti's career...

FYI- even though the signals may be similar, ever since the new coordinator came in a lot of the offense is based on sight adjustments.  Kramer is usually getting two plays called at one time and is calling the right one based on the defense that is in front of them.  (Very Peyton Manning like)

Ever since you graduated we have put tons of variations to the plays that you played with (I'm sure you remember Frisco, dart and what not)

So to make the Fisher offense look like it is very basic is a drastic understatement b/c it has evolved so much over the last few years due to work between the recievers, qb's backs and coaches that it no way resembles that of '03 or '04.

Still love ya though big guy  ;)

But back to football.........

It seems like Hartwick has some defensive problems.  But is it speed, size, quickness?

Size up front. They need some space eaters. If a team has a power running game we are in huge trouble. The defenses goal is to get one or two stops a game, the offense will take over from there.

That same exact theory didn't work out too well for Springfield - you absolutely need a defense to do any damage in the NCAA's.

Well dont know if Im going to be the bearer of bad news, but Curry is 100% power running game.  They run a lot of unbalanced I formation with a tackle over.  Also a big oline and some solid rbs.  Curry does not have a lot of offensive team speed, but they ran the ball at will against CG.

And just wait when its 3rd and 1 or 4th and one, and they qb sneak it with 3 olinemen in the backfield pushing the whole line forward 5 yards!

SJFF82

As I understand it now, MUC was moved to the East because the committee wanted to insure that the Top 4 teams received the number 1 bids.  But why make MUC, clearly the number 1 of the 1's overall, play in the Region with the presumptive Top #2 seed?  SJF is the #5 in the country, so why 'reward' MUC with the potential of the toughest 1 v 2 Regional semifinal game?  And of course, is there any doubt that Ithaca is not the standard one and done team that MUC usually faces at this time in the season...or perhaps even a force to be reckoned with?

Now the easy answer to all of the this is "mileage"  The 500 mile rule.  Is MUC the only number 1 that could be imported and still not upset the 500 mile rule all the way around the board?  Perhaps, but the choice was, give all the number 1's to the top 4 or make a very slight variation by giving the East 1 to SJF and keep MUC in the normal pattern of destroying its' North region counterparts.

Bottom line, I BELIEVE, is that the Committee saw an opportunity to test MUC...and the East for that matter, and took advantage of the fact that in their eyes, the East lacked a true 1 seed.

I hope Ithaca  makes a statement for the entire East and New York football specifically...

GO...CHOKE CHOKE......BOMBERS!

I was in Allinace last year for the SJF game....what a crowd we had....Bombers' faithful get to the game if you can....make alot of noise, your men need it and it will help them...IT CAN BE DONE!!!

p.s.  See if you can't get RunninRobby25 to go with ya...you could use him to ;)

JU... is this right??? I thought Curry was a high flying offense like the Wick?  Or are they just putting up big Offensive numbers?
