SJF...Great season...MUC is something out of the extraordinary......and you guys have had another great season.

So maybe one bad apple spoiled a brief moment.....move on.

Hold your heads up.....

Somebody from the Empire 8 will get a crack at em again, besides your opener next season......

"We bust ours so we can beat yours..."

Good season Fisher!
I know that this sucks now- but the seniors have accomplished so much it is unreal!!

Safe travels all and Doctors- I hope to see you soon!

Something has to be done about the Run D, back to back years of 400yds rushing for MUC vs SJF....

Jackson did sulk on the bench if he wasnt playing vs AU...

I wonder what Pep would of done if he went to the Pepband and started playing instruments vs AU....

Again, congrats to SJF on their season... too bad one idiot makes the whole team look bad with a ridiculous celebration while losing by 6 touchdowns.
They should have practiced harder.

What is SJF going to do next year about Kimic?  In two games, he's had a combined 570 yards against that defense.  Should be interesting to see how he fares in the opener of the 2008 season.
They should have practiced harder.

Maybe SJF too will look into a 3-4 defense?

They're certainly going to have to consider the possibility I think.  That defense has to do something to mix it up and at least slow him down some.

Yea, well you have to look at how Kmic is beating you.  I didnt see either SJF games, but if it came down to contain guys simply not making tackles, then its the individual.  If it came down to him just getting a big hole, one cut to the outside and then a TD, then maybe it is the scheme.

It seemed to me in the Ithaca game that Kmic never really had huge holes to run through.  He had to work for one or two cuts and he ended up breaking two big runs up the sideline but for the other plays I thought Ithaca did a decent job.  Decent enough to keep MUC honest anyway.

And am I being too crazy in even talking about changing your defense for one player?

raiderfan1983

I think when that one player has dominated the game in two previous meetings and could possibly set the D3 rushing mark next season, it's not crazy to set up a defense that would be more apt to stop him.
They should have practiced harder.

next year is going to be tough- Fisher graduates a ton of talent.
will be interested to see changes on scheme based upon the talent that is left.

Jonny Utah

Thats the one brightside for Ithaca.  A lot of defensive players back from a team that I thought did pretty well against MUC......
