Not blaming, I'd probably do the same thing, although as an Indians, Browns, and Cavs fan I have gotten used to taking it on the chin over the years.  But, I wouldn't say that I was trying to beat the traffic out of Alliance as the reason I left.
They should have practiced harder.

Let me rephrase....

Wanted to drive home with as much sunlight as possible in case of snow storms.  Better? lol

Boobs, I'm with you on the snowstorm thoughts --- I zipped out of there as soon as I could myself.

We could throw all day on MUC and I am honestly very, very surprised we didn't score a ton. We shut ourselves off each time we got within striking distance.

Obviously a tip of the cap to MUC, they took Fisher out behind the woodshed for a good old fashion beating.

RE: Jackson

Funny stuff --- stupid --- but funny. How come I didn't hear any "you have no class" comments as Garcon was prancing around in the endzone not much earlier? He drew a flag as well... hmm.

Speaking of Garcon --- Miranto had a much needed dose of humility today. The kids new nickname is toast --- and pulling Garcon down 5 yards out of bounds was ridiculously cheap... but it was the only way he could get a hand on him I suppose :) Wow did we miss Stepnick...

P.S.- DeRiggi has massive arms. Stood next to him as they came into the stadium... wow.

I was very surprised to see how easily Mount ran the ball on Fisher again.  I expected SJF to really focus on the rush D after Kmic gashed them for 371 yds last season.    But over 400 yards rushing?  Yikes.  If Fisher hopes to compete with MUC next season, they better learn how to tackle Nate Kmic and Greg Micheli.

Here's a question to the SJF guys concerning next year.  Kramer is graduating and the back-up QB has thrown a total of 9 passes all season.  So why late in the 4th quarter is Kramer still in the game when you know you're starting next season on this same field with a brand new QB?  Would have seemed a perfect chance to get next year's QB a little action against MUC.  Was putting up a TD in garage time against the 2nd string D really that important?
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

That's what MUC's defense does.  Baldwin Wallace was deep in MUC territory 5 separate times and got 0 points.  Missed FG, blocked FG, turnover and loss on downs.   The MUC defense really tightens up as the field gets shorter.  Especially in the secondary.

I was as frightened of Fisher this year as last year (maybe moreso) and after losing Robinson and Lang, that is no small feat.

One thing: You Fisher guys are really quick to proclaim something a rivalry.

Two good points Max. Losing Robby & Lang hurt more than anyone wanted to admit --- Pyz & Maggio as well.

And there is no rivalry. In a rivalry, you need to at least be able to compete consistently.

Agreed Tags.  I would like to start by saying you guys had an unbelievable year.  From the second you guys lost to MUC last year, the entire year was built on seeing them again in the playoffs.  There are not many teams out there that can predict an Elite 8 finish and then back it up.  SJF is the real deal...no doubt about it.

As for rivalries.  Is anyone really MUC's rival?  I hope SJF knocks them off to start 08, but you are right...you need more then one win to get a rivalry.  I love 'Wick...but it's like me saying you are our rivals after one great year this year.  Hell...I hope our rivalry becomes great...but we need to produce a few years in a row to even attempt to say that.

Great year...and I look forward to the battles again next year.

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.
