Sorry, East, but as a journalist, I deal in fact... not rumor and speculation.

...and I gave you a fact.

A fact that I had no idea is or isn't one until I had some proof. A link to the school's Web site, for example. Maybe PC can back me up on this one.

I think what you stated is the difference between a "well-known fact" and an "unknown fact," since your knowledge of a factual piece of information doesn't actually change the factual nature of the information.

SJFF82 went all John Clayton on us... while DewCrew was Sean Salisbury...

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

So pumped they lost... but the WWW QB doing that little celebration upset me a little...

I was at the game and didn't notice an upsetting celebration.  What was it?

Very true. It was cool that he had the right information, I just want to see if it could be corroborated, which is what ended up happening.

DewCrew was Sean Salisbury...

An old quarterback out of USC that spent time in the pros?
I will take that comparison every time  ::)

(Even though he did suck)

I am. Not that Kemp and Jellerson weren't, but I'm glad to see that Utica got someone who can be a top recruiter and someone who knows the other teams in the Empire 8. I'm anxious to see how he does.

fisheralum91

he was front page news in Utica.

im slightly ticked that he went to an e8 team- but im sure that he will do a good job.

now on the fisher side- they need to come up with somebody strong and shore up a d that graduated a lot.

Overheard at yesterday's sunny but cool Bucs-Falcons game:

Buc Fan 1 wearing a parka: It wasn't as cold as the weatherman said (pregame prediction, high in the upper 50s).  It was probably in the 70s in the sun most of the game.

Buc Fan 2: Yeah, but with the wind chill it was easily in the 60s.

Also, Michael F-ing Spurlock.

fisheralum91

enjoy the sun viper- we got hit pretty good this weekend with snow--white xmas for sure!

"I'm seriously considering not going to another Mount Union game in person."
A quote from jaypeter on the oac board.
sorry- couldnt figure out how to cut and paste---
Hmmm
I think that speaks volumes.

So who wins the "Moran of the Playoffs Award?"

-Kid from Fisher who plays the drums despite being down by 40.

or

-Coach from Mount who goes after Ref on field as time winds down on season.
Thousands of fans join in the revelry, showing their Bomber pride and support for the football team. Some fans take the rowdiness a little too far, however, by starting fights, damaging property and tipping Port-a-Potties. -Ithacan, November 10th

fisheralum91

thanks for mentioning that one!
when i saw him on the field i thought that somebody was hurt --then i saw him jawing to the ref and then the flag-----and he was still stewing at the end of the game!

I would say coach from Mount who goes after the ref...because that was on national TV, and at least the drum gave me something laugh about...but really mount an all time great program and should not be acting like that when losing... I know it's been a while since you've lost but deal with it
