Watching Darren Sproles run down the Indy sideline the other day, I couldnt help but be reminded of Julio Fuentes.  They play like replicas.  Any word Pep?
In other news, I stumbled upon a Giants bar on sunday.  I walked in and everyone was wearing giants jerseys (barring a few TO's and Emmit Smith's).  It was heaven.  Guess I know wear I'll b all next fall.

Sarge....nothing new on Julio, really. Very slow but steady progress is what Pep surmises. It had been a possibility that Julio would return to campus for this spring semester but that has not been confirmed. If so, Pep will know, as Julio will have special needs and Herrick Library, now fully handicap-accessible, will no doubt be one of Julio's regular hangouts.

Pep, along with Pep Band President (Lau)Ren Celentano (dorm mates freshman year), had a brief chat with Julio at the Hobart game that he attended. Julio had an impressive entourage and appears to be in very good hands. He'll be back at AU.... when it's best for him.

As for finding a Giants bar in NC, Pep knows of a dandy Buffalo Bills bar in Cornelius run by Friendship (Allegany County) natives. Big Al's Pub and Grubberia has been a traditional stop for Pep's AU Habitat group en route north from Florida since the old bus broke down there back in 2003 and the Allegany County transplants GAVE the group a pizza and wings meal.

While Pep is not particularly fond of the Buffalo Bills, Big Al's has great pizza and Buffalo-style wings and will always appreciate the hospitality in our time of need.
