I don't know, can't some of those offensive linemen rep 225 over 40 times?  That's a pretty tall order...

Good luck to Bam, I know of 3 Fisher people who tried out for the Bills to no avail, but hopefully he can break through and add another former D3 player to an NFL roster.

Yeah, usually the taller guys have problems with the bench because of their arm length.

Currently the Bills have Mike Viti (Army) on their roster as an Undrafted Free Agent and he has the Army record at 470. The Bills are in desperate need of a FB, so hopefully he does well in his work out!

Im pretty sure IC had 2-3 500+ pound benchers when I was there.

That may be the case in general but the ones that hold the records are lineman I believe.  The ones who do it over 40 times. 

I know dlinemen like Warren Sapp were always in those competitions.  NFL linemen these days are usually 6-5 and over making the arm length pretty long....

Pep was at the Grand Opening of the MotoCoaster at Darien Lake Theme Park May 16. It was a small crowd at the park that day, most of the crowd being members of bands and choruses competing in the Darien Lake Music Festival.

Pep sat in on a couple of the bands' performances and was impressed with the sounds coming from a little band from West Canada near Utica. Pep, always on the recruiting trail, spoke with a trombone player and the director following the performance, informing them of the green grass of opportunity that awaits them with the AU Pep Band at Alfred University.

Ran into a friend in Tampa today and found out that he played football at Brockport in the late 80s/early 90s.  He has some friends on the staffs of both Port and Hartwick.  Turns out Hartwick may have a WR/KR transfer from Cuse.  That will be intriguing.
