Lots of questions this year----QB----Rob over Hammell?
What about RB?

fisheralum91

Ill let the MUC talk die a bit--with one parting shot----MUC is going to be one hell of a season opener----win or lose --Fisher will be able to see where they are nationally---then go on to play a really difficult schedule.  When does camp open?
Any other news?

RB is going to be Carlton and a big transfer (6'1", 220lbs) that came in last season but missed most of it due to injury....

Not familiar with carlton.
What style of rushing?

Scat-Back:

The 5-9 175lb RB out of Monohasen put up 3,500 yards and ranks in the top twenty all-time in New York Section II history.

Do you know for a fact that Rob will be the starter?  Or do you just believe he will be based off his talent that you've seen?

Brown and Hammel are definately the front runners.  And yes, I believe Brown will be the starter because he is very talented.  Was maybe the best player in Section V his senior year.  Very good field command and can run well.  Also has plenty of arm for the D3 level.  Hammel will be a very solid backup and Ike will be the third.

Last season, the Fisher football program sent out a list of incoming recruits to alumni of the program.  Hopefully they're doing that again this season.

Carlton will be a junior this season.  He is small, I'd say in reality he is about 5-8 165LB.  But he is very quick.  I would assume Fisher will use some sort of platoon system at RB this season.  Also Brown at the QB position will give Fisher another run threat.

Sounds good--though i would hope that the new qb has the blazing speed that Kramer had  ;D  Just kidding-

Seriously I must have just missed this factor about Kramer completely.  I know he didn't look the part of a Quarterback with the gut but I didn't think mobility was an issue at all with him.  He had average speed, wasn't like Drew Bledsoe back there.  He moved when he had to.

Im not sure if you noticed but the Coaching staff had added extra encentive in a deal with Kramer, for every TD that the offense scored Kramer would recieve a McDonalds bag filled with cheeseburgers and fries.  If they only got a FG he would get a chocolate shake.

The walk on transfer from Miami (OH) is most likely going to be the compliment.  He's a big kid at over 6' and around 220lbs.  Should provide some power on those inside zone plays.

guys i was kidding--but speed----as much as i like rob---speed wasnt part of the vocabulary.
rugged qb though--took some bell ringings and still got up

I can't remember what game it was but I remember Kramer scrambling on a play...and I almost died laughing... The only thing I worry about the RB from Mohon...is section II is not known for it's stellar players...and there are really a only a couple of REALLY strong teams... IE Lansingburgh, Amsterdam, Shenedahowa, Saratoga...and a couple of others that I am sure I am missing

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.
