Out here at UC San Diego I picked up an unenviable part-time summer job with the department updating the alumni database. Basically I google people's names and try to find out what they do. I came across an unnamed alumni that now is a professor at hated Cortland.... suffice it to say the "notes" part of his alumni file now reads:

"Cortland Sucks. Go Bombers."

Max, I looked up some more on this "professor" and what he teaches. Come to find out, he is one of Cortland's leading reasearchers and teachers......

Don't believe everything you read on the interweb. Cortland might claim that basketweaving is their second most popular in an effort to increase the caliber of its applicants but we all know the non-gym majors at C-State are really just taking class in the part of Cortland that serves as a satellite campus for Hamburger University.

Hey I'm looking at Cortland's International Sport Management masters program....(and I'm no gym teacher, Basket weaver, or Mcdonalds employee)

quick question, and it may have been answered 500 pages back but, does Fisher have a new QB that transfered out of USC?

a little rumor I heard from someone close to the Cardinal nest.

I think the Notre Dame transfer was one of the 796 incoming recruits for Alfred.

I tried thinking of a whitty comeback for this, but the Ithaca people haven't said much in the off season to really attack. So instead I will just have to hope all the new transfers play a nice little role in monkey stomping Ithaca for the 3rd year in a row.
