Change is good as long as the change is good------what the................. :P

SJFF82

SJF  18

MUC  45

MUC 10-0 (AS USUAL)

SJF  9-1 (YES IC...AS USUAL)

I love that our expecations are so high that we have resorted to lamenting about a blow-out loss to MUC that hasnt happened yet...but make  no mistake, it will happen.  That's ok...Capital, ONU and Company get pasted 1x every regular season also.  'We' will be fine....an we will beat IC.  There was a time when people laughed at the thought of SJF competing with their own shadow and now we are going toe to toe with MUC in the season opener...I'll take it and look for the best.

Well I am just getting back from a golf vacation and it looks like I have missed a lot.

I am excited to see what the Fisher team looks like on offense. They have been able to move the ball on almost everybody for the past few years, and I think they should find a way to move the ball this year. I am not so sure about moving the ball against Mt Union. Really, they are so good every year I can't imagine them not winning by a few touchdowns. However, if a team was going to beat them in the regular season, when else would it happen. They are replacing a lot of starters from last year, and they are facing a very talented team. Having said that, my prediction:
MUC...37
Fisher...10

I would like to see a close game, but I don't know. I am starting to get worried about the QB position, but I was scared about the same thing when Suchena took over, and then when Kramer took over. I think fisher can go undefeated after MUC, but they have never ran the table in the E8 before so it will be very tough. My prediction is 8-2 for the year/
GO FISHER!!!

How depressing, even the Fisher Fans are picking lopsided scores.  Maybe this will mean the opposite!

As I said before I don't think this is a high scoring game...but I will give two scores

Score A) The mount offensive line has jelled REALLY fast
MUC 42
Fisher 13

Doesn't matter how good of a D we have... KMIC is a beast

Score B) The Mount offensive line has not jelled yet
MUC 21
Fisher 10

Fisher has a solid d and if they are able to get pressure on kmic and Michalli it could make for an interesting game... Fisher has solid special teams so that will help the young offense

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

Pep where art thou?!?
Here's a blast from the past, but I figured if anyone would know, you would...

Did you ever watch Max Freeman?

Pep, as always, is here. Yes, watched Max Freeman for four seasons. Tailback from Cuba-Rushford/Bolivar. Had four rushing TDs in one game during his freshman season. Although it was before Pep worked on campus, Pep got to know him pretty well.

No Fisher is notorious for going with the younger QB, over the older QB

Not so sure about that sup, Roland was a starter for 4 years while Fitzpatrick sat behind him and Roland only had like one 20 TD season then Fitzy's redshirt senior year he comes out and throws 30 tds. He was the first QB to "beat" IC by throwing for 300+ and 3tds,  I would of loved to see what Fitzy could of done as the starter those years.

Is Tim Bailey the QB transfer that was rumored about a few months ago?  If so, where did he come from?  I'd like to do a little research before our broadcast on Saturday.

If you're curious to hear what the MUC side sounds like, the local commercial radio (WDPN 1310-AM) and the college station (WRMU 91.1 FM) broadcasts will be streaming on-line at www.muc.edu/athletics

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

I think it was the Utica School of Commerce branch at Cornell.

But I could be wrong.

No robbie brown was the Cornell transfer, Tim Bailey looks to be a returning player
