...And the Brockport/Hartwick game today was a fun one to watch. Seems like none of these two teams dressed their defenses.

And the they didn't touch Kramer.

I think Ithaca was looking past Curry this year.

Does Hartwick have a D?

Two teams scored 69+ pts vs them this year...

They have D, they just dont have any kind of run defense As we seen in all 3 of their losses this year.

I never got the opportunity to watch Boltus, but by the sounds of it he should have gone the Pierre Garcon route & transferred to MUC.

At least then he could get the attention he deserves - more than likely could have gotten some NFL looks as well.

they gave up 630yds and 70 pts today, there is no way you can say they have a Defense...

Ive seen them.  Curry is tough.  .

I usually agree with you JU, but not here... Curry is weak. Fisher beat the ish out of the same team last year. Ithaca simply did not play like they could / should have.

this one should not have been close.

Tags,  I would respect your opinion if you have seen Curry a bunch of times this year and offer me an opinion about them.  But Im not sure if you have.  I played in games (d3) against the top teams in the country.  The best defense Ive ever played against was an NEFC team you have never even heard of.  It was a 1996 Worcester St. team that went undefeated against NEFC competition and might have suprised teams if they would have made the playoffs.

If SJF played a game in front of 10,000 people last year for a playoff spot the outcome might have been different.  Also, not sure if you knew but a lot of those Curry players are back.

Emotion goes a long way in football........that is what makes it such a great sport.

And I wanted to make sure I made the point that these Curry players were "tough".  I really like that team.  Tough I meant that they don't give up, they have that "Rudy" mentality and that they are physically able to beat anyone on any given day.

sorry but RT can't help but laugh listening to someone defend a defense that got some prison love to the tune of 70 points and 630 yds of offense. Is Brockport even good? ....they gave up 68 points and WON...BOL!!

You don't have to respect it ju. Just because I didn't play d3 football, doesn't mean ithaca shouldn't have put curry down today.

you can say what you want - curry isn't  better than IC 99% of the year. Tell me IC played their best and maybe I'll concede.

EDIT:

Also, it was at Butterfield. There should be no excuse for this one.

Curry did play pretty crappy though, they fizzled out 3 times inside IC's 20 and came away with zero points out of those 3 trips and had a punt blocked and muffed a punt today...

Is it safe to say that if Curry played better it wouldnt have been a close game??

Home field doesn't mean crap here unless you get up for the game.

And this is a serious question here.  What is Curry's record if they are in the E8?  Im saying they win 4 games.

JU, you have to admit that Ithaca should have put curry away convincingly today. That's all I'm saying ... somehow they weren't up for this one - coaching?

I'm just pissed b/c I think IC was tough enough to give MUC a run and rep the east nicely.
