You are crazy....I find it hard to believe that Michelli is better than Boltus.  how do you explain why Boltus will be drafted and Michelli wont?  Boltus did this playing with inferior talent keep that in mind.  Imagine Boltus behind a line of 300lbers and a pro caliber reciever like Garcon last year.

Michelli is a great leader and a great qb, however, he does not possess the arm strength or speed that Boltus does.  I would take boltus anyday and twice on Saturday.

Hate to burst your bubble but Boltus wont be drafted, he may get signed via the UDFA route though.  Linfield had a former D-1 transfer, Elliot, and he had better numbers than Boltus and won a NCAA championship and still didnt get drafted...

I think Michelli has played competition that is heads and shoulders tougher than what your Man Crush has faced though.

And how do you know that Michelli doesn't have the arm strength - how many times have you seen him play. .

Further, keep in mind that due to the margin of victories, Michelli isn't allowed to throw the ball down field for 4 qtrs as they run the ball like crazy.

Some points fall in favor of Boltus - most don't.  . . Give it up.

You never know, all sorts of scouts were at the SJF game - all of them said he's got the goods.  He may be a 3rd or 4th rounder.

I hope he does get drafted - the more D3 exposure at the pro level the better.

I would think there would be more national exposure by now if he were going to be a 3rd or 4th rounder.

Michalli=1 loss his whole career so far
Boltus=1 Playoff win....

Boltus has more raw skills... Michelli is better at managing the game and wininnig... Boltus will not be drafted, most likely, but he will get signed as an undrafted fa...

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

My son is on the team.  Boltus has already signed with an agent immediately following the Brockport game and will be going to Atlanta on 1/2/09 to work out with Jerry Rhome for 2 months in January and February.  I dont think Jerry Rhome works out longshots.  If you remember he was Troy Aikman's QB coach.

Boltus has already been invited to the combine and also will be playing in the Texas vs. the Nation all-star game with all D1 players at the request of NFL scouts.  They wanted to see him against better competition to trully assess him.

Cant go by the rankings as of right now.

Combine invites are not handed out until the middle of January...

Just saying...

Im sure Jerry Rhome is not working him out for free.  Hundreds (probably over 1000) of college seniors will sign with agents at the end of this year.  Anyone can pay Rhome to train you.

I would say Boltus playing in the NFL is a long shot.  And Im saying that because there have been very few d3 players (including the 1-AA transfers) that have gone on to play in the NFL.  Im not saying it wont happen, but he is a long shot.  I hope he makes it though.

From an exposure standpoint - scouting services have him listed in the top 10 for the draft, not sure how much more you think is possible for a player at D3 that doesn't make it to the NCAAs

When did 'Wick score a playoff win - last year slapped by Curry, this year by Brockport?  What'd they do in '06?

Any player, at any level, to go the NFL is a long shot.

Few D3ers have made it, but that number is growing. The Bills #2 RB was D3, Garcon, and I think the Eagles have a D lineman as well. . .
